The dedicated five-week product page identifies its medication as containing semaglutide, lists $147, and describes consultation, medication, injection supplies and delivery as included. That is a different medication, not evidence of a five-week tirzepatide bundle.⁴

For a tirzepatide request, ask for the formulation, prescribed quantity, intended supply period and amount due. Have the quote identify any consultation, shipping, laboratory or follow-up charge. A five-week supply also needs a five-week comparison; it should not be placed beside a calendar-month quote without explaining the difference.

The main program advertises no higher-dose upcharges, but that general statement does not resolve the price or availability of a particular tirzepatide prescription.³ Get the current prescription and service charges in writing before budgeting for a tirzepatide order.

The video visit and continuing care

LifeRx’s FAQ says an initial video consultation is required for customized weight-loss treatment. It also describes arranging laboratory testing. Ask which tests your clinician requires, how appointments are scheduled and whether you can contact the same clinician between orders.⁷

The terms describe LifeRx as a communication and administrative platform, with medical decisions made by clinicians associated with independent medical practices. That distinction matters when you need a prescription clarification: establish the clinical practice’s contact route as well as the billing-support route.⁵

The service describes virtual consultation and continuing support, but those descriptions are not a tested response-time guarantee. Ask what happens if a refill review or appointment cannot be completed before your existing supply ends.⁸

Itemized charges and prescription finality

The terms distinguish platform services, medical services and product charges. They say patients initiate contact each month rather than relying on automatic subscription renewal, and describe the service as self-pay. A no-membership statement does not establish that every service is included in one medication price.⁵

The return policy says completed consultations are nonrefundable and describes medication charges as final once a prescription has been processed for dispensing. It also prohibits returns or refunds after dispensing or shipment. Ask when your order reaches each point; stopping future care does not undo a completed consultation or pharmacy order.⁶

Manual renewal does not make a submitted order reversible. The ClickSlim review explains that its published FAQ describes patient-initiated monthly payments, but also says orders cannot be canceled after submission. Its returns policy separately mentions account cancellation before shipping. Reconfirm the applicable order cutoff before payment; a later renewal choice does not settle the current prescription’s refund terms.^10,11

These are the company’s published purchase terms, not our conclusion that every legal assertion in its policy is correct. Keep the itemized quote and ask how a billing error, an unfulfilled prescription or a shipment problem would be handled.

Confirm the pharmacy and medication

The FAQ describes dispensing through state-licensed 503A pharmacies. A separate promotional page names Strive Pharmacy as a partner, but that does not identify the facility assigned to an individual tirzepatide request.
