Ivim Health Tirzepatide Review: Membership, Refills & Cancellation

Ivím's current compounded tirzepatide page advertises starting at $117 per month, with an ongoing $74.99 monthly membership listed separately after a free provider consultation. The starting medication figure does not establish a selected program's upfront payment, dose ladder or amount due at renewal. Ask for those components together rather than treating $117 as an all-in bill.^3,4

The membership offers continuing clinician and care-team access. The trade-off is a fixed medication-program clock: maintaining access requires an active membership, shipments require clinical approval, and unused medication access can expire if required check-ins or refill requests are missed. Canceling the membership does not automatically refund a medication program.^4,5

Medication and membership are different purchases

The named product page describes a weekly compounded injection and ongoing care, including unlimited one-to-one provider consultations, care-team access, nutritional counseling, community support and an app. Membership is a separate recurring charge, not evidence that every medication plan costs the same or that every prescription is approved.³

The membership page describes automatic renewal and cancellation through the online account effective at the end of the current period. It also requires membership throughout the clinical program. Confirm the complete medication charge, selected program duration and membership payments before enrolling. The public starting figure alone does not establish which dose or duration receives that rate.⁴

Paying for a longer program does not mean one large shipment

The May 27, 2026 terms distinguish ordinary medication programs from the individualized compounded GLP-1 ID Program. For the latter, shipments are capped at 56 days of medication, and may be shorter when clinically appropriate. The ceiling is not a guarantee of a particular quantity or shipment.⁵

Each refill requires a check-in and individual provider approval; these medications do not auto-ship. Refill requests can be made every 56 days, up to seven days early, subject to eligibility and active membership. Missed check-ins or requests generally do not stop the paid program's clock. These are administrative program rules, not instructions to change a prescribed dose or delay care when a problem arises.⁵

Ordinary program periods run from purchase in calendar months, with a fourteen-day grace period after expiration to request a final shipment. After that, unrequested medication access can lapse. The GLP-1 ID terms allow a documented, provider-authorized medically necessary timeline adjustment; a patient-requested pause or failed membership payment does not automatically qualify.⁵

Refunds depend on what has shipped

The returns policy broadly calls prescription purchases nonrefundable, but expressly refers to the terms' cancellation provisions. Section 16 provides refunds for unshipped medication less $100 for each undeveloped three-month portion, or $50 for each undeveloped two-month portion where applicable to four- or six-month programs. It waives that fee when a provider determines the patient is medically ineligible to continue.^5,6

That conditional unshipped-medication provision is not an unconditional refund for every purchase or an assurance of reimbursement after dispensing. Membership fees already accrued, services rendered and medication already prepared or dispensed remain distinct obligations. Confirm the plan's applicable portion calculation and processing stage before relying on an expected refund.⁵

The returns page asks patients to report shipping problems within 72 hours, with review case by case. Supplement returns have a separate policy and should not be applied to prescriptions. For compounded GLP-1 ID programs, regulatory or clinical changes in availability do not alone create a refund obligation under the terms.^5,6

Who provides the care and medication?

The terms identify Ivim Services LLC as the contracting platform. Prescribing remains the clinician's decision. Ivím describes independent compounding pharmacies and notes that products are not available in every state; the public product page does not identify the dispenser assigned to an individual patient. Confirm that pharmacy and state availability before processing.^3,5

This model is most useful to compare as continuing care plus a separate medication commitment. Its app and counseling may matter to someone seeking ongoing support, while a person comparing short commitments should weigh the fixed program period and cancellation deductions alongside the advertised price.
