Lavender Sky Health separates medication plans from consultation fees rather than charging a recurring membership. Its current pricing menu names the pharmacy, formulation and supply beside each plan. The important distinction is between one-month purchases and longer tiers whose low “per month” figures are comparison equivalents, not monthly bills.^1,2

For example, the published monthly starter tables list $139 for Nova/AbsoluteRx tirzepatide/B12 and $149 for ReviveRx tirzepatide/B6. A new-patient consultation is $65 separately. Those are different preparations and pharmacy plans, not interchangeable promises of what every patient can buy or what a maintenance prescription costs.^1,2

Match the pharmacy, preparation and supply

The compounded plan price includes medication, shipping, supplies and provider/patient-support access during the treatment duration. The menu offers several pharmacies and formulations, including preparations with B6, B12 or other additives. A named partner is useful disclosure, but it does not establish that a particular preparation is suitable for you, ships to your state or is the prescription ultimately dispensed.¹

One-month plans use a single vial intended for use within five weeks. The longer tier plans generally cover eight to ten weeks; extended plans cover three or more months and are paid upfront. The site's monthly-equivalent columns expressly say they are for comparison, not a payment schedule. Do not divide a low-dose tier price into an assumed month-to-month offer.¹

Dose, quantity, formulation and beyond-use instructions need to come from the clinician and dispensing pharmacy. The page's advertised pharmacy-vetting claims do not independently verify an individual facility or establish FDA approval of the compounded product. The price menu also describes branded prescriptions separately, with a $25 monthly treatment-plan fee and medication purchased separately; that is not the compounded plan's fee structure.¹

Consultation costs remain separate

New-patient consultations are $65 and follow-ups $40. The service page describes routine reviews every six months during active treatment and yearly during maintenance, with earlier review when clinically needed. These program intervals are not advice to wait for help when symptoms or treatment problems arise.²

For the cited ReviveRx starter and initial consultation, the two components total $214; the Nova/AbsoluteRx example totals $204. Neither is a guarantee of the preparation selected for you, future doses, additional clinical reviews or a full-year cost. The consultation pays for evaluation even when a prescription is not appropriate.^1,2

No subscription does not make paid orders refundable

The terms say no future consultation or refill is charged unless actively requested and paid for. Medication orders become final once submitted to the pharmacy; processing can begin immediately after payment. Changes or refunds may be attempted in exceptional circumstances but are not guaranteed. A later pharmacy price reduction does not create a credit on an invoice already paid.³

Consultation rules depend on format. Electronic consultations are nonrefundable once submitted, even before provider review. Phone appointments have a separate cancellation policy: request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment, with eligible patient-requested refunds reduced by a 5% processing fee. A missed call can still become a completed electronic consultation rather than a refundable no-show.³

Shipping, state coverage and practical limits

The pricing page describes typical pharmacy processing/shipping estimates of two to seven business days, not a delivery guarantee. Delivery issues must be reported to both the dispensing pharmacy and Lavender Sky within 24 hours after delivery. The terms limit assistance for late reporting, incorrect addresses and packages lost after confirmed delivery.^1,3

The named pharmacy menu is a transparency advantage, but coverage varies by pharmacy, medication and state. Some states also require a live initial phone consultation instead of electronic intake. Compare pharmacy choice with Mixx Health & Wellness, whose stated pharmacy preference does not remove the clinical group's dispensing discretion.

This model may suit someone who wants itemized purchases and no recurring care subscription. The trade-off is managing separate consultations, refill requests and pharmacy-specific policies. Confirm the complete selected plan before payment, when the opportunity to change it may close quickly.
