Mixx Tirzepatide Review: Free Follow-Ups and a Short Cancellation Window

Mixx Health & Wellness’s separate FAQ explicitly identifies compounded tirzepatide and says it sources that treatment from Promise Pharmacy. This is more specific than the GLP-1/GIP wording on its main offer. The same FAQ identifies Elevis Medical Group as the clinical decision-maker for pharmacy selection, so a named source should not become a guarantee that every patient receives medication from that pharmacy.1
The program’s clearest consumer distinction is the combination of complimentary consultations and follow-up appointments with a tightly limited order-change process. The FAQ says patients are charged for prescribed products and medications, and describes short commitments beginning at one month. Those statements help explain the service model, but do not establish the total price of a particular tirzepatide prescription.1
| Detail | What the public pages establish |
|---|---|
| Named treatment | Compounded tirzepatide |
| Consultation and follow-ups | Described as complimentary |
| Pharmacy choice | Elevis clinical discretion |
| Cancellation request | Within 24 hours of payment; conditional; possible $125 fee |
What support is included
Mixx encourages patients to check in with their provider through its patient-provider communication system and says follow-ups are complimentary. That may be useful for someone who wants access to questions and dose discussions without a separate visit charge each time. The reviewed material does not establish a guaranteed response time or mean that a medication change will automatically be approved.1
The named-pharmacy statement needs to be read alongside the financial policy. Elevis and its clinicians reserve the choice of pharmacy, and a patient’s preferred pharmacy may not be honored. The FAQ expressly says pharmacy preference is not a basis for a refund. If a particular pharmacy is essential to your decision, settle that before authorizing an order rather than assuming the general Promise reference controls the individual prescription.1
The 24-hour window is conditional
According to the FAQ, agreeing to an order or refill through provider communication authorizes payment and prescription processing. A patient has 24 hours after payment is processed to request cancellation or a prescription change. Approval remains with Elevis, and a $125 cancellation or change fee may apply depending on processing. This is a request window, not a guaranteed free reversal.1
The same policy says prescription medication is nonrefundable and payments are final. Ask for the cancellation channel, the exact time payment will be taken, and the point at which a pharmacy begins preparing the prescription. Separately confirm whether a future refill requires your approval; the FAQ’s no-subscription wording should not obscure the permission attached to an agreed refill.1
What remains uncertain
Mixx’s general starting-price headline should not be treated as the confirmed price of every dose or supply of tirzepatide. Request the medication name, additives, concentration, usable supply and total charge before approving treatment. Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved product; the site’s broad language about approved therapies does not change that distinction.
Mixx’s appeal is included follow-up access with short commitment options. The tradeoff is that money and pharmacy-selection decisions become difficult to reverse quickly, making an explicit prescription quote especially important.
Before you commit
- Get the selected tirzepatide total and supply in writing.
- Resolve pharmacy requirements before approving payment.
- Confirm the cancellation channel and processing stage immediately.
Frequently asked questions
Is Promise Pharmacy guaranteed?
No. The FAQ names Promise as a source but gives Elevis clinical discretion to use pharmacy partners.
Can I cancel within 24 hours for free?
The policy allows a request within 24 hours of payment; approval is conditional and a $125 fee may apply.
Are follow-up appointments extra?
The FAQ describes consultations and follow-up appointments as complimentary. Confirm all medication and ancillary charges in your quote.
