Novi Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Commitment and Refunds

Novi's homepage promotes cancel-anytime care without a monthly membership, while its Terms of Service describe subscription products with three months charged at purchase. That difference matters before comparing any monthly headline. Obtain the agreement for the actual product, its full upfront charge and the conditions for stopping it.^3,4

A current medication-specific tirzepatide price is not established by the public pages reviewed here. The homepage lists tirzepatide injections and promotional discounts, but those discounts are not a complete prescription quote or proof of an ongoing rate.³

Price the commitment before the monthly amount

The homepage says the consultation, prescription process and shipping are included, and advertises the same price at every dose. Request the selected medication, preparation, quantity, supply duration and complete payment schedule. A discount or installment amount does not tell you the total purchase obligation.³

For subscription-based products and services, the terms require three consecutive months and say all three months are charged at purchase. This is more than a promise to stay for three monthly bills. The provision is specific to subscription products; confirm whether it governs the offer you are selecting rather than applying it to every menu item.⁴

The terms also say the monthly subscription fee includes a $20 independent physician consultation fee. They do not establish that $20 is an additional charge on top of the displayed selected total. Ask how the medical-service portion is allocated and what remains payable if treatment changes.⁴

Cancellation and medical ineligibility are different

Subscription terms provide automatic renewal every 30 days unless otherwise stated. They allow cancellation by support email or the patient dashboard and say no further charges follow cancellation 15 days before the next processing date after the three-month commitment. Obtain the exact processing date and written cancellation confirmation.⁴

The same terms say the first three months are nonrefundable unless the provider deems the ordered treatment medically inappropriate. If a prescription cannot be provided for that reason, they promise a refund of the initial payment to the original payment method. This is a clinical-ineligibility exception, not a general satisfaction guarantee.⁴

The separate Refund Policy does not accept returns and asks patients with concerns to contact support; it does not set out a complete unused-prepayment schedule. The medical consent authorizes automatic renewal and says cancellation must be requested before processing, with no refunds or exchanges. Ask Novi to reconcile those statements with the subscription minimum, notice period and medical-ineligibility exception in your selected agreement.^4,5,6

Identify the platform, practice and pharmacy

The terms name Novi International LLC and say the platform does not itself provide medical care. The financial consent instead uses Novi Health International, LLC. Request the legal names of the entity collecting payment and the independent practice treating you, along with your clinician's name and contact route. These different public labels do not establish which entity is responsible for a particular order.^4,6

The terms require adult eligibility and allow services only where available in the United States. They do not provide an exhaustive treatment-specific state list. Confirm where you will physically be during care, the selected preparation and the pharmacy able to dispense it there. The terms allow some prescriptions to be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, where payment is made directly; clarify whether that changes the platform charge.⁴

Delivery and follow-up need a specific plan

Novi describes online evaluation, clinician review and continuing support. The homepage gives differing example timelines, including days and weeks, while also advertising two-day delivery. Obtain an actual approval, processing and dispatch estimate. The shipping consent treats medication as dispensed when signed out for shipping, rather than on arrival.^3,6

Ask for the dispensing facility's legal name, pharmacist contact, concentration, storage instructions and usable supply. Request the response route for side effects and refill decisions; a general support promise does not identify the clinician handling your care.
