OnlyRx Tirzepatide Review: Starting Prices and Payment Terms

OnlyRx advertises tirzepatide injections and oral tablets, but its starting-price cards leave the billing period unstated. Before comparing an advertised amount with another clinic’s monthly plan, establish the supply, dose and repeat charge.

Starting prices need a time period

The injection card starts at $249; the oral disintegrating tablet starts at $279. Neither card establishes a monthly maintenance bill. The homepage says consultation, prescription processing and shipping are included.³ That is useful context, but it does not resolve every transaction cost.

The Terms are dated January 1, 2024; section XII authorizes charging when payment details and the service request are submitted. It permits the final charge to vary with medication and pharmacy, with support communicating the difference.⁴ Ask for an itemized total before authorizing payment: medication amount, supply duration, consultation, laboratory charges if applicable, shipping and any renewal. A starting price cannot answer all of those questions by itself.

For a supply-period comparison, Remote Pharmacy lists its injection at $159 for a monthly supply, while its $125 headline requires a $1,499 twelve-month purchase.⁹ A stated period helps compare the payment commitment; it does not establish equivalent prescribed medication, care or refund rules. Confirm those separately rather than comparing a starting amount with an annual-plan equivalent.

Refunds and stopping treatment

The Terms make a received consultation nonrefundable and prescription sales final, with no returns for reuse or resale. Discontinuing platform use terminates the Terms; that clause does not establish a subscription cancellation deadline or refund entitlement.⁴ Separate stopping treatment from stopping future billing. Obtain the renewal date and cancellation method applicable to the selected order; do not assume a homepage guarantee heading overrides these limits.

The Velvet Rx review illustrates why a cancellation number needs a named event: its terms apply a 48-hour rule to appointments, while subscription cancellation requires notice before a charge. That is not a 48-hour renewal deadline. For OnlyRx, request the actual next-charge date and cancellation procedure; another provider’s appointment rule does not fill that gap.¹⁰

Who provides care and medication?

The homepage describes a questionnaire, clinical review, a prescription if appropriate and delivery, with a typical total of roughly two to three weeks. Treat that as an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date.³

OnlyRx’s safety page describes a technology platform linking independent clinicians and pharmacies, rather than a medical practice or dispenser. It also describes a possible branded prescription referral, with the medication purchased separately at the patient’s expense.⁵ A possible Zepbound prescription is therefore not evidence that the advertised starting price buys Zepbound.

The homepage names Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma RX, and identifies Lion MD as the medical team. Those are company disclosures, not confirmation of the clinician or dispensing facility assigned to an individual order. Its LegitScript badge is a certification claim; current certification and professional credentials have not been independently verified here.³ Ask for the prescriber, actual preparing and dispensing pharmacies, exact formulation and storage instructions before deciding.

Documents disagree on identity and availability

The Privacy Practices identifies OnlyRx, LLC. The Privacy Policy header also uses LLC, while its introduction calls the owner OnlyRx Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a Georgia address. These descriptions should not be treated as interchangeable legal entities.^6,7 The Contact page gives an Irvine, California office.⁸ Confirm which entity contracts with and bills you, and which independent practice provides care.

The homepage advertises all 50 states, while the Terms limit availability to certain states and reserve clinical eligibility decisions.^3,4 Confirm the current location-specific arrangement. The public documents are informative, but they do not show a selected patient’s complete treatment agreement, pharmacy assignment or invoice.

Keep product evidence separate

OnlyRx’s useful disclosures are the advertised formats and named partners. The unresolved purchasing questions concern the actual period, total, renewal and assigned care team.
