OrderlyMeds displays a tirzepatide starter label of $149 per month beside $299 total for two months. The public pricing card limits its starter special to new customers. Compare the complete amount due and supplied period rather than treating the displayed monthly equivalent as a separate monthly purchase.^3,6

Separate the starter total from the next refill

The public “Currently taking GLP-1s” catalog tab separately displays $449 for two months, labeled $224 per month, for named compounded tirzepatide. That special also carries a new-customers-only footnote; being an existing GLP-1 user is not the same as being an existing OrderlyMeds customer. The same selected catalog state lists a separate $299 monthly tirzepatide plan. Compare each full charge and eligibility condition.³

The expanded starter-program FAQ says the next month of compounded GLP-1/GIP medication returns to its standard $299 monthly rate. Its separate $149 standard rate is for compounded GLP-1, not the named tirzepatide/GLP-1/GIP preparation. Confirm the selected medication, strength, supplied quantity, first payment and later charge before enrolling.³

The Trillium Meds review offers a useful plan-total comparison: its pharmacy menus distinguish one-month supply from multi-month starter and any-dose purchases. Compare the full amount collected, supplied period, formulation and starter eligibility rather than treating either provider’s monthly-looking headline as a separately purchasable monthly plan.⁷

The general FAQ says no subscription is required to get started and that a charge follows a requested refill through the check-in process. That statement should not erase a selected multi-month commitment. Ask how the actual starter purchase, future refill request and cancellation conditions fit together.⁴

Upfront payment and nonapproval

The payment FAQ says payment is requested during medical screening, before approval or shipment, and is fully refundable if the provider determines you are ineligible. Its refund answer likewise promises a full payment refund when a prescription is denied. Those are clinical-nonapproval promises, distinct from changing your mind after a prescription has been written.⁴

The prescription cutoff has a multi-month exception

The refund FAQ permits cancellation before the doctor finalizes the prescription, then says cancellation is no longer possible once the prescription is written after consultation. A separate order-cancellation answer repeats the before-finalization rule unless you selected a multi-month plan. It notes that both month-to-month and multi-month options are sold.⁴

Obtain the rule for the actual two-month purchase before paying. The general cancel-anytime wording does not establish a universal right to cancel a prepaid multi-month order, and a no-required-subscription message does not make a completed prescription refundable. Confirm the prescription status and obtain cancellation confirmation from support.⁴

Published pharmacy names and clinical roles

The expanded pharmacy FAQ names PerfectRx/PerfectionRx, ProRx, Casa, Pharmacy Hub and SmartPharmaRx. The Terms give a narrower list: PerfectRx, ProRx and PerfectionRx, and permit prescription transfers among those pharmacies. These page-specific lists identify a published network; neither establishes the facility that will dispense an individual prescription.^4,5

The Terms identify Beluga Health Inc among the medical groups providing care and CareValidate as administrative and operational support. They expressly distinguish CareValidate’s nonclinical role from medical decisions, and OrderlyMeds’ platform role from the independent medical service. These disclosures are not independent confirmation of current credentials or a personal clinician assignment.⁵

Request the actual prescriber, pharmacy contact, formulation and prescription label. A product image or a named network does not verify a facility’s current licenses, 503 classification, certification or responsibility for your order.
