Trillium Meds Tirzepatide Review: Plan Totals & Refunds

Trillium Meds lists tirzepatide prices as plan totals, with different menus by pharmacy. The default Nova selection shows $199 for one month, $399 for a three-month starter plan and $499 for a three-month any-dose plan. The $399 and $499 amounts are not monthly installments.³

Compare the pharmacy and the whole plan

Nova’s starter plan is explicitly for people new to GLP-1 treatment and describes the first three starter doses. Its menu labels a B6 formulation but separately identifies White Label Pharmacy as the fulfillment pharmacy, with California excluded. Hallandale lists a non-additive formulation at the same $199/$399/$499 plan totals, with its own state restrictions.³

Drug Crafters lists $299 for a three-month starter plan for new GLP-1 patients and $349 for a three-month any-dose plan, with B12 or glycine formulations. Southend lists $199 for one month, $349 for a three-month starter plan and $449 for a three-month standard plan. OptioRx lists $199 for one month and $349 for two months. Southend and OptioRx display shipping carrier/cost as to be determined; do not assume every menu has identical delivery charges or state coverage.³

The Pomegranate review shows why the selected pharmacy option matters: its public default displays tirzepatide plus B3 at $149/month with Starter, one month and Empower selected. That amount does not establish every strength or pharmacy price. Its terms also describe a $150 requested-pharmacy coordination fee; confirm whether that fee applies to a menu selection, along with location restrictions and shipping.^8,9

The Hyalo option is marked “Paused” and cannot be selected in the public menu. The homepage’s general “from $86” headline is not the named tirzepatide price. Confirm the pharmacy, total, formulation, quantity and eligibility for the selected plan before paying.^3,7

Cancellation can become limited before shipment

The refund policy, effective January 2026, initially describes charges becoming final when a prescription is approved and transmitted to the pharmacy. It also contains broader wording that bars refunds once a prescription is issued or sent, even before fulfillment. Ask which event controls your order; waiting for a shipping notice may be too late.⁵

A consultation fee is nonrefundable once the clinician reviews a completed intake or issues a prescription. A platform-access fee may also become nonrefundable after access is provided. The policy separately promises a full refund of amounts paid when a clinician finds you ineligible and no prescription is issued or transmitted. These conditions should be reconciled in your accepted agreement rather than treated as an unconditional cancellation guarantee.⁵

The policy allows only a limited, variable opportunity to correct or cancel an intake before prescription transmission. Contact support immediately if something is wrong; the policy prefers text and warns email may not be seen before pharmacy transmission. Stopping a future refill does not necessarily stop an order already in progress; shipping fees, if applicable, become nonrefundable after transmission.^5,6

Identify the care and actual dispensing arrangement

Trillium describes itself as a nonclinical platform and names Beluga Health and Wasef Health among independent provider networks. A public pharmacy selection and named network do not establish your assigned clinician, the actual preparing/dispensing facility or current credentials. The terms allow availability and fulfillment arrangements to change.⁴

The menu advertises a 90-day free dietitian-membership trial. Confirm its continuing price and terms separately; a trial is not proof of unlimited included long-term coaching. Shipping times depend on the independent pharmacy and carrier, and are not a guaranteed delivery date.^3,6

Brand-drug trials do not establish outcomes for this platform or a compounded preparation. SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 provide clinical context, not proof that every offered formulation has the same evidence.^1,2
