Oak Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Renewals and Exit Costs

Oak lists compounded tirzepatide injection on its current weight-loss page. Its homepage advertises weight-loss care from $108 per month and a GLP-1 category from $119, while the initial public assessment advertises plans from $104. None of those generic starting figures establishes the price, supply or commitment for a selected tirzepatide prescription.^3,4,6

The central financial point is that Oak’s October 24 Terms describe recurring monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month plans. “Cancel anytime” does not mean every cancellation is free: longer commitments can recover discounts, and an order already forwarded to a pharmacy is final. Compare the selected charge schedule and exit cost before choosing a plan.⁵

A generic starting figure is not a tirzepatide quote

The current public treatment page names compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, branded injectable pens and oral Wegovy as different categories. It does not assign the generic homepage or assessment floor to a specific tirzepatide plan. The assessment’s “same price, every dose” line also does not establish a named medication, quantity or complete total.^3,4,6

The Terms’ example of a $299 month-to-month price and a $185 monthly equivalent illustrates early-cancellation arithmetic. It is not a current named tirzepatide offer. Obtain the exact formulation, prescribed supply, plan length, amount due immediately and subsequent charges. Do not turn an example or a multi-month equivalent into a verified flexible monthly price.⁵

The billing policy says there is no membership fee. Elsewhere on the same Terms page, introductory consultation wording discusses $20 asynchronous and $40 video professional-service amounts, while restarting after an expired prescription or more than 90 days can require a new visit fee shown at checkout. Ask whether any consultation charge is additional for your selected arrangement; no membership fee alone does not settle that question.⁵

Care and preparation need their own explanation

Oak describes online assessment, communication with a provider and medication delivery. The Terms separate the technology platform from independent medical professionals and pharmacy providers. The page uses several corporate names, including Oak Longevity Holdings Corp.; confirm the contracting entity, clinical group and pharmacy responsible for your care. No specific preparing pharmacy is established by these public pages.^3,5

The homepage advertises provider licensing in all 50 states, while one Terms passage describes service in 45 states and other passages defer to operating-state restrictions. Confirm treatment availability for your location. Neither those marketing statements nor a sample provider conversation guarantees your clinician, approval time or access to a particular product.^3,5

Recurring charges and the pharmacy cutoff

The specific billing policy says medication ships one or three months at a time, depending on the plan, and each charge covers that shipment. Multi-month plans are billed every three months or paid in full at checkout. Plans continue on the same schedule until canceled; the policy says the portal shows the next charge date and amount.⁵

Monthly and three-month plans can be canceled before the next charge without a cancellation fee. Use the patient portal, the listed support email or phone number. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments that have not been sent to the pharmacy. An order or refill already forwarded to the pharmacy remains chargeable and nonrefundable—even if you later close the account or try to stop its delivery.⁵

Longer commitments can reclaim a discount

For a six- or twelve-month plan billed quarterly, early cancellation recovers the difference between the original month-to-month rate and the discounted plan rate for the months received, capped at one quarterly payment. This can be an additional charge to the saved payment method. Ask for the exact calculation applicable to your purchase.⁵

For a plan paid in full, future months not yet forwarded to the pharmacy are refunded minus the discount on months received, calculated the same way. The policy says it will not charge more than the refund amount. That is different from an unrestricted prorated refund at the discounted monthly rate.⁵

A pause is allowed once per term for up to 30 days. A longer pause—including an unresolved check-in or payment update after reminders—ends the plan and can trigger the longer-plan early-cancellation calculation. Medical stopping or changes directed by the provider do not incur an early-cancellation charge; delays caused by Oak, its provider, pharmacy or shipping do not count against the patient under this policy.⁵

Clinical denial and fulfillment problems

The billing policy says payment is collected only with provider approval. If an order or refill is not approved, the card authorization is released and any collected amount is refunded in full. This initial-denial protection should not be confused with a voluntary medication return after pharmacy processing. Damaged or incorrect orders reported within seven days are reshipped without charge under the policy.⁵

Does the drug work? (Separate from the provider)

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
