Pomegranate’s pricing app displays $149 per month for tirzepatide plus niacinamide (B3) with the Starter, one-month and Empower options selected. Its separate product page advertises “Starts @ $159/mo.” These public amounts do not establish one price for every preparation or a personal prescription quote; confirm the selected total and any later charge.^3,4

Availability comes before a price comparison

The app also offers Advanced and other pharmacy buttons, but the $149 amount belongs to the displayed starter selection. Confirm the prescribed formulation, supplied quantity, complete charge, required labs and renewal authorization. A one-month option is not proof of a particular dose or every later shipment.^4,5

The product page says there are no additional fees or membership costs, while the subscription terms describe recurring subscriptions and nonrefundable membership or one-time consultation fees. Ask whether such a fee applies to the chosen order and obtain its amount before payment. The general FAQ says providers may request recent labs or medical records but does not establish that every test is included.^3,5,6

The displayed Empower starter option says it is unavailable in California, Iowa and Wisconsin, and lists a $60 shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Those conditions apply to the displayed option, not necessarily every pharmacy. The app also limits that order to one vial; this does not establish concentration or weekly dosing. Confirm location eligibility and extras beside the product page’s delivery-included language.^3,4

Renewal and medication finality are separate issues

The subscription terms say a plan renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. For website subscriptions or trials, contact support at least 24 hours before the period ends; the account subscription controls are also described. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Ask for confirmation and the final billing date.⁵

The same terms say membership and one-time consultation fees are nonrefundable, and medication fees are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Stopping future renewal does not establish a refund for a paid period or prescription order. The public wording does not settle the charge/refund outcome when no prescription is issued; obtain that rule before paying.⁵

A separate $25 fee concerns appointments canceled within 24 hours, not a universal medication-cancellation charge. Pharmacy order, delivery or product problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; later reports are excluded under the stated policy. Ask what evidence and remedy apply, since a reporting deadline is not an automatic refund promise.⁵

A requested pharmacy is not a guaranteed assignment

The terms say a requested pharmacy carries a $150 administrative coordination fee, with fulfillment still subject to inventory and capacity. The public menu separately offers Empower, Hallandale, NOVA, OptioRx and Redrock buttons. Ask whether a menu selection triggers that coordination fee and obtain the complete charge. A displayed pharmacy option does not establish the facility assigned to an individual prescription.^4,5

Confirm the actual treating practice, preparing/dispensing facility, prescription, location eligibility and complete governing agreement.
