Ozari Health Tirzepatide Review: Plans, Billing and Cancellation

Ozari Health offers two compounded tirzepatide programs with different pharmacy options and payment commitments. Ozari One costs $375 every three months; Ozari Select offers monthly through annual billing. The lowest advertised monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge. Its Terms and dedicated cancellation policy also describe different deadlines, so obtain the rules for your selected plan before paying.^3,4,5

One versus Select: what you pay

Ozari One lists tirzepatide with B12 at $125 per month, collected as $375 up front and every three months. The page says it ships a three-month supply together and excludes California. This is a quarterly plan, not a $125 month-to-month subscription.³

Select lists B12, glycine or no-additive formulations, subject to clinician approval, and advertises availability in all 50 states. Its monthly option is $235. Longer terms reduce the monthly equivalent but increase the amount collected at once. Confirm the formulation, prescribed supply and total before enrollment.³

Cancellation: two published versions

The dedicated policy makes each approved prescription final once routed to the pharmacy, including medication, shipping, consultation and platform charges for that shipment. It promises a full refund for clinical nonapproval before a prescription is issued or sent. A cancellation request must reach support before pharmacy transmission; no guaranteed number of hours is given.⁴

For six-month and annual plans, it describes quarterly dispensing installments. Canceling early recalculates used months at the standard monthly rate, with the remaining balance refunded. The pricing page identifies $235 as the tirzepatide monthly rate. This describes a refund calculation, not an explicit additional collection of a separate cancellation penalty.^3,4

However, the general Terms require a minimum three-month subscription commitment and cancellation by email 15 days before the next monthly processing date after that commitment. They also call product purchases nonrefundable. Those provisions do not match the dedicated policy's pre-pharmacy deadline or the monthly option's presentation. Request written confirmation of the applicable commitment, notice date and unused-term calculation.⁵

Who provides care and fills the prescription?

Ozari describes itself as an administrative platform, not the medical provider or dispensing pharmacy. One publicly names Absolute Rx, Liberty Compounding Pharmacy and White Label Pharmacy; assignment depends on availability and cannot be requested. Select names Hallandale and VialsRx, depending on formulation. These are Ozari's reported relationships, not confirmation of your individual dispenser or independent validation of a facility's credentials. Read the pharmacy label and confirm it before dispensing.^3,4
