Remote Pharmacy Tirzepatide Review: $159 Monthly and Refund Rules

Remote Pharmacy’s named compounded tirzepatide injection costs $159 for a monthly supply. Its “as low as $125/month” headline requires a twelve-month purchase billed at $1,499 total. The separate oral tablet costs $289 for a monthly supply. These are different formats and payment commitments, not interchangeable monthly prices.^3,4

The offer includes medication, provider consultation and pharmacy fulfillment, with shipping advertised as free. Before committing, resolve two practical questions: whether your selected purchase renews automatically, and which refund rule applies if treatment does not proceed. Public marketing and the legal documents describe these differently.^3,5,6

Compare the total payment and the format

The injection page publishes $159 for a monthly supply, $449 for three months, $819 for six months and $1,499 for twelve months. The smaller monthly figures on longer plans are rounded equivalents; they are not the amount collected for a single month. The page says the price stays the same at every dose, but the prescription and any change remain clinical decisions.³

The AquaVita review lists $320 for one month of compounded tirzepatide or $900 for three months. As with Remote’s longer options, a monthly equivalent is not a single-month purchase. Compare the full amount due, prescribed supply and shipment schedule before treating the lower equivalent as a smaller commitment.^13,14

For the oral tablet, the corresponding published totals are $289 monthly, $819 for three months and $1,539 for six months. Its $257 headline belongs to the six-month purchase. The oral page describes the product as not FDA-approved; the injectable’s evidence cannot establish that the tablet has equivalent absorption, effectiveness or safety.⁴

The oral page also calls the product weekly near the top but describes daily administration elsewhere. Obtain consistent written instructions from the prescriber and dispensing pharmacist before using it. This review does not choose a dosing schedule from conflicting marketing text.⁴

Manual refills or automatic renewal?

The homepage advertises no subscription or membership fee. The expanded FAQ goes further: it says there is no automatic monthly billing or auto-shipment, and that patients request refills through the portal.^7,10

However, section 4 of the April 12, 2024 Terms authorizes automatically renewing subscription services at the checkout interval. It says cancellation takes effect the day after the current subscription period ends. The June 4, 2024 returns policy also discusses canceling subscriptions and stopping future charges and shipments.^5,6

Those legal clauses do not prove that every current tirzepatide purchase is a subscription, but the FAQ does not remove them either. Confirm whether the selected order is one-time or recurring, its next charge and how to cancel. No specific advance-notice deadline is established in these reviewed clauses. For a prepaid order, ask when medication is dispensed and shipped; a purchase duration does not establish that every vial arrives together.

Clinical denial and cancellation have different rules

The named injection and oral pages describe an authorization hold before clinical review. They say payment is processed after approval and an unsuccessful applicant’s hold disappears in five to seven business days. The homepage instead describes some treatments as paid before consultation with an immediate refund if not approved. Confirm which process applies to your order and distinguish an authorization release from refunding a settled charge.^3,4,10

For voluntary cancellation, the dedicated returns policy offers a full refund before consultation. After consultation but before shipment, it deducts a $30 consultation fee. Once medication ships, it is nonrefundable. An included consultation in a completed treatment plan therefore does not mean every canceled order has no consultation cost.⁶

The general Terms contain a broader all-sales-final, nonrefundable-fees clause. The FAQ also says prescription sales are final while directing filling-error concerns to support. Obtain written clarification of how those statements fit the specific cancellation policy, including a prepaid order or a payment already captured after denial. Do not treat the ordinary $30 cancellation deduction as the stated clinical-denial process.^5,6,7

The Super Healthy Rx review shows why consultation fees need separate denial rules: its policy promises a full medical-ineligibility refund yet retains $50–$100 even if a prescription is denied. Remote’s $30 deduction concerns voluntary cancellation after consultation but before shipment. Neither provider’s policy determines the other’s refund.^6,12

Who provides the care and fills the prescription?

The Terms identify Remote Pharmacy LLC as the technology platform and name Beluga Health, P.A. as its medical group. The expanded FAQ instead names Dr Telx LLC as the clinical provider, while the January 2026 consent says services are performed by Rimo Health LLC. These documents do not establish which practice will treat a particular patient. Ask for the actual practice and prescribing clinician rather than treating these names as interchangeable.^5,7,8

The public contact page names Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Foothills Professional Pharmacy. This is a network disclosure, not confirmation that a particular facility will prepare your medication or independent verification of its license. The company’s 503A description should not be read as FDA certification of the finished product.^9,10

The Terms permit requesting another pharmacy, but then medication and fulfillment are paid separately rather than included in the platform charge. Obtain a new total before transferring the prescription. Location-specific service restrictions also apply; a partner’s claimed state licenses do not establish that every treatment is available everywhere.⁵

Follow-up, delivery and the treatment decision

Remote Pharmacy advertises follow-up after the first month, portal messaging and shipping that normally takes three to five business days after dispatch. Those are service estimates, not immediate approval or delivery guarantees. The contact page advertises round-the-clock administrative support, while the FAQ publishes narrower phone hours; confirm how to reach clinical support for medication questions.^7,9,10
