AquaVita NextGen Tirzepatide Review: Supply Prices & Terms

AquaVita NextGen publishes $320 for a one-month supply of compounded tirzepatide and $900 for a three-month supply. Its general weight-loss headline starts at $215, but that shop card is semaglutide, not tirzepatide. Compare the named medication and full payment commitment before choosing a supply period.⁴

The important financial distinction is between stopping future renewal and recovering a payment. AquaVita's platform terms describe automatic subscriptions, early renewal processing and no refunds for partly used periods. Its separate purchase and shipment policies describe different refund boundaries. Obtain the agreement for your selected order rather than treating a supply card as the complete contract.^6,7,8

One-month supply versus a longer purchase

The shop and their linked product pages label the two tirzepatide options as one month and three months of supply, at $320 and $900 respectively. Dividing $900 by three produces a $300 monthly equivalent, but it does not make the three-month option a $300 month-to-month purchase. Nor does a three-month supply label establish that every vial is dispensed or shipped together.^4,9,10

The dedicated tirzepatide page describes injections, a health-information form, a video consultation and free delivery after approval. It advertises no hidden fees, while the purchase terms make customers responsible for applicable fees and taxes and the platform terms authorize shipping and handling charges. Confirm the total, medication quantity, consultation or testing charges, delivery inclusion and any dose-related change before paying.^5,7,8

No complete concentration, prescribed quantity or all-dose price schedule is established by the public supply cards. The injectable page does not establish the terms of an oral tablet. The care pathway and responsible parties

The homepage advertises providers in Arizona, California, Florida, Texas and Nevada. It publishes 23321 El Toro Road, Suite G, Lake Forest, California as a contact address. These are company disclosures, not independent license verification or confirmation that a particular prescription is available in every location.³

The platform agreement identifies AquaVita, Inc. and its affiliates or subsidiaries as the platform operator. It separates that company from Good Faith Examination providers, pharmacies and laboratories, and permits prescriptions to move between participating pharmacies. The reviewed disclosures do not identify the actual practice, clinician or dispensing facility assigned to an individual order.⁸

A prescription requires a consultation and a clinician's decision that treatment is appropriate. The product page describes that consultation as video-based. Ask who handles prescribing, symptoms and follow-up, and when you receive the pharmacy's name. A public treatment page and an available consultation route do not guarantee approval or establish independent facility credentials.^3,5,8

The linked one- and three-month product entries describe the sequence as complete intake forms, complete payment, then meet with a provider. They advertise provider access immediately after payment or during listed Pacific-time service hours. Confirm the appointment arrangement and what happens to the payment if treatment is declined; a payment-before-consultation pathway is not a prescription or refund guarantee.^9,10

Stop renewal before the processing date

For auto-renewing products, the platform terms require cancellation at least two days before the applicable renewal processing date. They warn that the first renewal may be charged early to avoid a treatment interruption. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and partially used subscription periods are not refunded. If a pause ends without cancellation, automatic charges resume.⁸

The purchase terms contain a different 24-hour appointment rule: late cancellation, rescheduling or a no-show can forfeit prepaid services associated with that booking. That is not the subscription-renewal deadline. Obtain both the appointment time and actual renewal-processing date, and retain cancellation confirmation.^7,8

Payment is due before services under the purchase terms, which describe elective, non-insured treatment and say AquaVita does not submit insurance claims. An order confirmation is not acceptance; the company reserves the right to decline or adjust orders. The public policies do not establish an automatic full refund when a clinician declines tirzepatide. Ask what is collected, retained or returned if no prescription is issued.⁷

Final sales and shipment problems

The purchase terms say all sales are final and discretionary refunds may be store credit only. The dedicated refund policy also rejects ordinary returns, but describes damaged, missing or incorrect shipments as cases it reviews individually for replacement or a refund to the original payment method. These are different descriptions; obtain clarification of the applicable remedy rather than assuming either guarantees cash back for a change of mind.^6,7

For a shipment problem, the dedicated policy requests contact within 48 hours of receipt, with order and tracking numbers and photographs where relevant. An approved refund is processed within 15 business days of approval, with bank processing potentially additional. Neither that processing time nor the shipment-reporting window extends the renewal-cancellation deadline.⁶

Clinical evidence and the decision

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished medication, as AquaVita's own disclaimer acknowledges. Generic FDA-regulated-pharmacy marketing does not establish product approval, sterility or independent testing. Confirm the actual dispenser and instructions before use.^3,5
