Alternate Health Club Tirzepatide Review: Cost & Returns

Alternate Health Club (AHC) advertises compounded tirzepatide with vitamin B12 from $169/month, with clinical review and cold-chain shipping in the care plan. A direct provider appointment is optional and separately advertised at $29.99. The useful distinction is standard review versus an additional conversation, not a promise that payment buys a prescription.³

Price, supply and the optional visit

AHC markets a flat medication rate at every dose and no membership fee. Its product also says each vial covers 28 days. Confirm the next charge and refill date: a four-week supply is not a calendar month, even when the price label uses “month.” Optional services cost extra, and the shipping policy makes taxes or local fees the customer's responsibility.^3,5

A clinician reviews the intake and determines whether to prescribe. The program describes ongoing dosage support through its medical team; changes should go through that team. Workout and dietary plans advertised on the homepage are resources, not proof that an individual registered dietitian is included. Lab costs and a treatment-specific state list were not established by these reviewed pages.^3,6

Who provides the service?

The Terms identify Alternate Health Club, LLC, saying it is registered in New York. AHC describes independently contracted clinicians and partner pharmacies; it says it does not manufacture medication or act as a pharmacy. Its claims about pharmacy accreditation and 503A facilities are company disclosures, not an independent check of your assigned dispenser. Ask which pharmacy will prepare and dispense the prescription before relying on a general network claim.⁴

When fees become final

The checkout provisions say consultation, medical-review and administrative fees are earned upon submission and nonrefundable. After provider review is completed or pharmacy fulfillment begins, all fees and charges become nonrefundable. This is a reason to learn the cancellation and clinical-decline outcome before submitting payment; the reviewed policy does not establish a blanket full-refund promise for denial.⁴

AHC also excludes refunds for shipping delays, weather, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses and package theft. Its shipment authorization transfers substantial transit responsibility to the patient once the pharmacy releases medication. Ask how a filling error or temperature concern will be handled before ordering.⁴

Delivery is a window, not an arrival guarantee

The shipping policy gives typical processing of one to two business days and an average four-to-twelve-business-day delivery window including pharmacy preparation. High demand and holidays can extend that window. Prescription sales are final under the posted policy; a filling-error inquiry is separate from a promised return or refund. For damaged parcels the policy directs customers to the carrier and asks them to retain packaging.⁵

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
