Bioverse Tirzepatide Review: Price, Refills & Refunds

Bioverse's public compounded tirzepatide page lists a starting price of $399/month. That is a published headline, not a guarantee of every dose, selected supply period or pharmacy charge. Its most consequential contract detail is earlier than delivery: the Terms say medication cannot be canceled or refunded after the provider orders it.^3,4

What the public offer establishes

The named product describes compounded tirzepatide injection, with prescribing dependent on clinical assessment. The FAQ says treatment pricing covers medical consultations, shipping and provider messaging. It also describes arranging local lab testing if recommended, without establishing that every lab bill is included. Confirm the preparation, actual supply and required tests before treating the starting price as a complete budget.^3,5

The site also links branded medication requests, but a menu entry is not proof of current stock, coverage or an individual prescription. Compare an actual pharmacy quote rather than assuming a brand can be supplied at the compounded price. Claims about fast results and testimonials do not establish your likely outcome.³

The FDA warning is part of the comparison

FDA issued a September 9, 2025 warning letter to Bioverse, Inc. dba Bioverse after reviewing its website in August 2025. It identified misleading claims implying compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide were the same as FDA-approved products. The letter is a dated regulatory finding; it does not by itself establish a current resolution or closure.⁷

Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and is not interchangeable with Zepbound or Mounjaro merely because a page refers to their active ingredient. Renewal, pause and cancellation

The Terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the renewal processing date, with cancellation effective at the end of the paid period. They allow an early first renewal and subsequent charges and shipments up to two days early for operational reasons. Ask for the processing date rather than counting backward from an expected delivery.⁴

The FAQ describes 48 hours before order processing, while the Terms use renewal processing; establish both dates. Account controls handle cancellation or pause. When a pause ends, charges resume unless canceled; unused service does not itself stop billing. One-time orders are described separately in the FAQ, so identify the purchase type before relying on subscription rules.^4,5

The Terms generally decline refunds for partly used subscription periods, with discretionary exceptions. They say pharmacy preparation begins when the provider places the order, making that stage noncancelable even before shipment. The separate returns page says prescription sales are final and directs filling-error questions to support. These are not a universal clinical-denial refund promise.^4,6

Care, pharmacy and delivery responsibilities

The Terms identify Bioverse, Inc. as the platform and Outlast Health, P.A. and affiliated medical groups as clinical-service providers. The FAQ describes doctors and nurse practitioners. Neither establishes your assigned clinician or independent verification of their credentials.^4,5

Bioverse describes U.S. partner pharmacies and accreditation claims. The reviewed FAQ's pharmacy-list link returned the same FAQ instead of identifying a dispenser. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription. Subscription shipping is included; the FAQ generally gives five to seven business days after approval, with product-dependent timing. The Terms direct lost/stolen-package claims to the carrier and say a replacement order can carry a new charge.^4,5

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
