The refund policy describes one-time purchases without automatic rebilling. However, its full-refund promise for medical ineligibility conflicts with a non-refundable consultation fee, making the written payment terms important before purchase.^4,5

Price, plan length and what is included

The named tirzepatide card shows $249/month with Monthly Plan selected. Selecting Three-month Plan changes the highlighted option but leaves the displayed amount unchanged. That does not establish the total due for three months, payment timing or an individual invoice. The homepage's general $199/month GLP-1 headline is not a tirzepatide quote; the main semaglutide card carries that lower amount.^3,4

The page advertises the same price regardless of dose, a syringe and alcohol-pad kit, and ongoing provider support. The FAQ says there are no membership fees or auto-rebills and that the checkout price remains unchanged in future months despite dose increases.
