REMEVi Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Costs & Refunds

REMEVi's tirzepatide pricing uses a “monthly” label for a plan that explicitly renews every four weeks. The shorter plan charges $269 per renewal; prepaid options cost $699 for three fills or $1,350 for six fills, one fill every four weeks. Their $233 and $225 advertised averages are not separate monthly bills.³

The care model includes medication if prescribed, clinician care, required GLP-1 labs, supplies, shipping and English or Spanish care coordination. The company says there is no separate membership fee or dose upcharge. These are program disclosures, not a guarantee of an individual prescription or clinical outcome.^3,6

Count fills and renewal dates

Six fills at four-week intervals cover 24 weeks, and the selected six-month plan expressly renews every 24 weeks. A four-week cycle is 28 days, not a calendar month. Compare the full upfront charge and supply schedule before choosing the lower advertised average.³

Cancellation and refunds depend on the stage

Send cancellation at least 72 hours before the billing date, by email or the account process. A later request can leave the next charge in place, with cancellation taking effect one cycle later. Services continue through the paid cycle.⁴

The policy promises a full refund in the first 72 hours only when no services have been received. For prepaid terms, months with no medication shipped are refundable; shipped months are not. The current and prior months of a monthly plan generally are not refunded on cancellation.⁴

Medical-disqualification wording is less consistent: the opening promises a full refund, while later clauses describe charges following disqualification, say later ineligibility “may” lead to a refund and retain responsibility for rendered services. Confirm how those clauses apply before assuming every paid fee will be returned.⁴

Care coordination and pharmacy responsibility

REMEVi describes English and Spanish coordination and clinician-required laboratory work within its GLP-1 plans. Its Terms name RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx; assignment depends on the prescription, formulation and destination. A published network does not establish your assigned dispenser or independently verify its current license.^3,5

The current program lists 49 states and Washington, DC, excluding Louisiana. Your clinician must be authorized where you receive care. The company's conditional 5% reimbursement promise requires an active subscription, adherence and scheduled check-ins; the inspected clause gives no fixed treatment horizon. It is a medication-cost reimbursement policy, not a guaranteed weight-loss outcome.^4,5
