HelloWellness Tirzepatide Review: Plan Charges, Renewal and Refund Limits

HelloWellness advertises tirzepatide at $166 per month, but its named product page describes a three-month plan charged at $499 initially and $499 every 11 weeks. The page also contains a lower label saying ten weeks. Confirm the actual billing interval and supplied quantity; $166 is not established as an ordinary monthly invoice.^3,6

The named page’s price formatter separately labels $499 as monthly, even though nearby billing instructions describe the three-month purchase and eleven-week renewal. These inconsistent labels need a written explanation before payment; do not choose whichever interval produces the lowest apparent cost.³

The named page lists tirzepatide if prescribed, supplies, evaluation, delivery and provider messaging. Confirm the actual formulation and prescription quantity in the plan agreement.³

Nonapproval and later cancellation differ

The program says medical nonapproval receives a full refund. That is different from choosing to cancel after a provider completes the review and writes a prescription.⁶

The separate Refund Policy says a written request within 24 hours after the completed provider review may qualify for payment back less a $50 professional fee. “May” is conditional. It is not a guaranteed refund for any unshipped order. Dispensed medication is nonrefundable, and suspected dispensing errors should be reported to the pharmacy within 48 hours of receipt.⁴

The September 2026 Terms separately describe provider-encounter and pharmacy-service fees as nonrefundable. Read that language alongside the specific refund provisions and obtain clarification of the charges retained for your situation.⁵

A useful contrast is the PrescribedRX review: its named three-month plan and current purchase policy both describe quarterly collection. Compare the actual renewal interval alongside the monthly equivalent, especially when another program uses conflicting billing labels.^7,8

The refund page treats carrier-confirmed delivery as completed fulfillment and does not offer a free reship for an order marked delivered. It directs a delivery-dispute claim to the courier and describes paying for another order. An undelivered-package complaint should therefore not be assumed to produce a replacement or cash refund.⁴

Care and pharmacy roles

The Terms identify HELLOWELLNESS, LLC as the platform and AP Max, Inc., doing business as Southend Pharmacy, for prescription fulfillment. They separate the platform from clinicians and allow an outside pharmacy choice, with the patient paying that pharmacy directly. Confirm how that choice changes the package cost.⁵

The website reports 503A sourcing. That is not independent confirmation of a facility’s current credentials or the dispenser assigned to a prescription. Clinical eligibility and location availability still require confirmation.⁶
