Harbor Tirzepatide Review: Arbor Pricing, Refunds & Guarantee

Harbor's tirzepatide page lists $149 per month, with no dose-based price increases and medication, clinician care and check-ins included. Its current banner announces the change to Arbor; the Terms identify the operator as Harbor Health Inc. d/b/a Arbor. The name change does not remove the need to understand the selected subscription's refund rules.^3,4

The monthly plan has no minimum commitment, according to the Payment & Billing Consent. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month plans are also offered, paid in full at the start of each term. Their discounted totals are not established by the named $149 monthly display. Confirm the exact upfront amount and renewal date for your selected plan.⁵

Included care and the pharmacy boundary

The product page includes medication if prescribed, clinician oversight, check-ins and shipping, and advertises 24/7 licensed-clinician support. Billing documents describe periodic consultations, typically about every three months. These are published service descriptions, not a guarantee that a particular clinician will prescribe or that a refill will arrive by a specific date.^3,5

The platform does not practice medicine or dispense prescriptions. Its footer names MD Integrations as a partner medical group; the Terms describe independent clinicians and a third-party pharmacy network. The product claims 503A and 503B pharmacy sourcing and LegitScript certification, without identifying the pharmacy assigned to an individual order. Those marketing claims are not an independent license or certification verification.^3,4

Registered-dietitian access is described as included after the GLP-1 program. Do not assume that means dietitian appointments during active treatment. The Terms also expressly avoid promising availability in every state, so check eligibility where you will receive care before paying.^3,4

Cancellation depends on when the prescription is written

“Cancel anytime” describes stopping future subscription charges; it does not make a current payment refundable at every stage. Section 9 of the Terms and the Billing Consent impose a $100 clinician consult deduction when you cancel before a prescription is written. Once the prescription is written, the payment is nonrefundable and the order cannot be canceled, except for the stated exceptions or applicable law.^4,5

For a prepaid plan, that cutoff applies to the entire paid term, including months that have not shipped, once the first-fill prescription is written. A three-, six- or twelve-month purchase therefore carries a different financial commitment from trying one monthly term. The pharmacy need not have shipped every future installment for that restriction to apply.⁴

If you request cancellation before renewal, the Terms promise no renewal charge, or a full refund if the charge occurs before the request is processed. If you cancel after renewal is charged, the refund is minus $100 only while the refill prescription remains unwritten; afterward, the renewal is nonrefundable. Clinician nonapproval is a separate exception carrying a full refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges and qualifying fulfillment errors have their own exceptions.^4,5

The twelve-month guarantee is conditional

The guarantee is a contractual refund program, not a promise of a particular medical outcome. Eligibility requires a new customer, accurate enrollment information, twelve consecutive months without cancellation or lapse, a standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide plan, and all four scheduled quarterly medication shipments. You must follow the clinician's instructions and have used no outside weight-loss medication during the twelve months before enrollment.⁴

The recorded target must not imply a BMI below 18.5 or more than a 20% reduction from starting weight. If the recorded target is not reached, submit the claim within 14 days after the twelve-month period ends. Arbor may require either a licensed-provider weight attestation or a scale-reading video containing its supplied five-character verification code.⁴

An approved claim refunds subscription fees paid during the eligible twelve months, excluding incidental costs such as consultations outside membership. Processing is within 30 days after verification approval, to the original payment method. There is no prorated guarantee refund for leaving early. Check those conditions before treating the headline as financial protection for a short trial.⁴

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
