NiceRx lists compounded tirzepatide at $249 billed every four weeks, $449 every twelve weeks, $885 every twenty-four weeks, or $1,749 every forty-eight weeks. The longer plans are prepaid. Its $145.75 “per month” headline belongs to the forty-eight-week plan; it is not an unrestricted calendar-month bill.3

Read the bill and the supplied weeks together

The menu calls the plans monthly, three-month, six-month and twelve-month, but explicitly defines their supplies as four, twelve, twenty-four and forty-eight weeks. Its displayed equivalents are $149.67, $147.50 and $145.75 for the longer terms. Budget the published full charge and renewal interval rather than assuming those labels mean calendar quarters or a full year.3

The four- and twelve-week plans list shipment at the same interval; the twenty-four- and forty-eight-week plans list shipment every twelve weeks. Multi-month supply may arrive in several deliveries according to the prescribed plan. An upfront payment is not proof that all vials arrive together.3

The TeleHealth Weight Solutions review contrasts a fixed-week plan with a variable course: its page, headed Medi Health Clinics, lists an initial $750 tirzepatide charge for six to ten weeks depending on the prescription. That is not a confirmed two-calendar-month subscription. Obtain the actual supplied period, refill price and practice financial policy before comparing a projected monthly cost.7,8

The page advertises evaluation, medication, supplies, ongoing dose management and delivery without separate membership or shipping fees, and says dose increases do not change the plan price. A general $50 first-month promotion is also displayed. Confirm the actual discount and selected total; do not subtract it again from a menu that may already reflect an offer.3,4

The April 20, 2026 Terms describe automatic renewal at the checkout interval. They allow the first renewal to be charged early, and charges or shipments up to ten days early for operational reasons. To avoid renewal, cancellation must occur at least two days before the actual renewal processing date. Ask for that date rather than waiting until the next delivery or the end of a calendar month.5

Canceling future billing does not refund a used period

Cancellation can be requested through support, phone or account messaging, and takes effect at the end of the selected subscription period. The Terms do not offer refunds for partially used periods, except at their discretion. The Terms also distinguish fulfillment through the platform’s pharmacy network from an outside pharmacy. For an outside prescription, patients pay the chosen pharmacy directly. Confirm whether that route changes the bundled amount or adds a separate medication charge.5

These are public network disclosures, not proof of the clinician or preparing/dispensing facility assigned to an individual prescription, current credentials or batch quality.5

Confirm care at your physical location, the exact preparation and the governing financial agreement. Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.5,6 Brand-drug trials do not establish outcomes for this platform or a compounded preparation.
