What the advertised plans cost

The product FAQ lists $199.99 per month for two months, $149.99 for four, $119.99 for six and $99.99 for twelve. Multiplying the published rates gives $399.98, $599.96, $719.94 and $1,199.88 respectively. These are calculated base-term amounts, not independently confirmed checkout totals, taxes or a selected patient invoice. The page says split-payment options may be available, but financing does not shorten the underlying commitment.³

Maximus advertises no membership fee, physician messaging, free shipping and one rate across all dose tiers within each plan. Its homepage describes direct-pay prices covering doctor visits, medication and ongoing support. However, the subscription disclosure allows separately communicated lab fees, and the Terms reserve clinician-consultation and laboratory costs when a refund exception applies. Ask for the selected total and any testing charges before accepting a prepaid term.^3,4,5

The shipping schedule differs from the payment schedule: every plan ships a two-month supply every two months. The two-month plan has one shipment, four months has two, six has three and twelve has six. A later shipment is not a new monthly purchase or an automatic opportunity to recover the unused balance.³

Preparation and care responsibilities

The named page describes personalized compounded tirzepatide, with a clinician selecting the regimen following a medical evaluation. It explicitly says the preparation is not FDA-approved and is not appropriate for everyone.
