The practice describes one-time packages lasting one, three, six or twelve months, without automatic renewal. It also advertises consultations, delivery and regular check-ins. Confirm which services, medication quantity and payment schedule apply to your selected package; a general inclusion statement does not establish an individual prescription or total.³

The site presents a Valdosta, Georgia practice and telehealth access. The public location and telehealth description do not establish a blanket Georgia-only exclusion. The general Terms separately describe a hold for the quoted total. That wording does not explain the homepage’s first-installment exception. Ask which hold amount and collection schedule apply to the actual payment route, and retain the answer.⁴

Refunds depend on the prescription stage

The cancellation FAQ says an authorization is released after nonapproval or cancellation and makes sales final after approval and pharmacy submission. The Terms specify cost-free cancellation when the prescription is not approved and the order is not sent to the pharmacy. They also provide a full refund of a captured charge if the order has not been sent, with five to ten business days for processing.^3,4

The Terms add a separate limitation: an order active for more than 30 days from purchase is treated as a fulfilled medical service regardless of shipment, with no refund after that period. Appointment cancellation has its own 24-hour notice rule. That appointment rule should not be substituted for the prescription-order cutoff.⁴
