Regenics Tirzepatide Review: Membership & Medication Costs

Regenics lists a required membership at $39 for the first month for new members, then $79 per month, with compounded tirzepatide an additional $199 per month. Those two advertised components add to $238 for the introductory month and $278 afterward. They are billed separately, and the actual medication price can vary by dosage and protocol; confirm the selected charge and supplied period.^3,4,5

Membership is not the medication price

The membership page also lists $209 every three months, $379 every six months and $699 every twelve months, each collected as a single advance payment for that membership term. Medication is extra. Do not treat a longer membership total as a prepaid tirzepatide supply or assume its billing date matches medication shipments.^4,5

Membership includes provider access, care management, messaging and laboratory reviews; the homepage advertises free medication shipping. Laboratory review does not establish that every blood draw, test or additional service is included. Ask for the full prescription, laboratory and visit charges before comparing the combined budget.^3,4

The named product page describes compounded tirzepatide alongside separate brand-name pathways. Its monthly care description does not make the compounded preparation equivalent to Zepbound or Mounjaro, or establish that every prescription uses the advertised medication amount.⁶

Cancel before both renewal and the check-in

The May 1, 2026 Subscription Terms require cancellation at least 24 hours before the next renewal date and before any check-in is initiated to avoid the next billing period. Account cancellation stops later cycles; after renewal has processed, cancellation takes effect at the current period’s end. Confirm both deadlines rather than relying on “cancel anytime.”⁵

Membership and medication subscriptions renew separately. Medication is billed in advance of each shipment, monthly or at the disclosed supplied interval; the Terms describe a typical 28-day supply. That supply label should not be assumed to match a calendar-month charge. A pre-shipment email provides an opportunity to delay, change or cancel. Canceling membership also cancels active medication subscriptions and ends access at the paid period’s end.⁵

Nonapproval and shipped medication have different rules

The membership page says a person found not to be a candidate will not be charged membership. The Subscription Terms instead say membership fees are nonrefundable, while medication is not charged after provider decline and an already-paid medication subscription receives a full refund. Clarify which initial membership rule governs your order; the medication-only refund does not establish a refund of every fee.^4,5

Processed or shipped medication cannot be canceled. The Subscription Terms make shipped prescription sales final, with filling-error and applicable-law exceptions; an error request must reach support within 24 hours of receipt. The older February 26, 2025 general Terms more broadly call consultations, prescriptions and products final. Obtain the current agreement for the selected subscriptions.^5,7

Confirm the clinical practice and dispenser

The Subscription Terms identify Regenics Corp for nonmedical membership and Regenics Medical Corp for clinical care. The site also describes a Tarzana, California clinic and telehealth. These disclosures do not establish the clinician or preparing/dispensing pharmacy assigned to you, current credentials or service eligibility in your state.^3,5

The separate May 2026 Patient Agreement describes the Medical Group’s care as telehealth-only and contains unfinished dispute-resolution language. Request the completed agreement and identify who provides any in-person clinic service; do not assume every service under the brand has the same care arrangement.⁹

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.⁸ Brand-drug trials do not establish outcomes for this platform or a compounded preparation. SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 provide clinical context, not proof that a particular compounded formulation or care program produces the same results.^1,2
