The three-month order is approximately $133.33 per month by arithmetic, paid as $399.99 rather than three smaller monthly bills. Its public product list identifies BelieveRx B12 and glycine options at those prices.^3,4

Price, preparation and included care

The homepage advertises one price regardless of GLP-1 dose, while the FAQ says inclusions vary by treatment. Confirm the selected preparation, provider review, supplies, shipping and any testing before paying. The named tirzepatide options are compounded; neither added B12 nor glycine makes them an FDA-approved branded product or establishes better weight loss.^3,7

Somira Health LLC is the nonclinical platform. Its Terms name Beluga Health and Wasef Health, while its Provider Information page identifies the LocumTele network. Those disclosures do not establish which medical practice will treat a particular patient; ask which group and clinician are responsible for follow-up.^5,8

The product list's BelieveRx options are more specific than that overall network, but an individual prescription still determines fulfillment. Broad availability across all states, D.C. and Puerto Rico does not guarantee every preparation in every location. Payment and denial

It also promises a full refund if a denial follows a processed charge. After approval and transmission to the pharmacy, the policy generally makes charges final, including medication, shipping, platform and consultation costs, even if fulfillment has not yet occurred. Stopping renewals
