Confirm the complete prescription total and payment schedule before purchasing; the displayed monthly figure alone does not show whether the full commitment is collected immediately.³

Price and commitment

The named tirzepatide card places the three-month minimum beside its $219/month offer. A different card advertises phentermine; its price and treatment details should not be used to describe tirzepatide. Ask for your actual prescribed quantity, supply duration, formulation and any additional charges in writing.³

TRT Nation’s general cancellation policy authorizes charges for the chosen plan and other charges disclosed during purchase. Its nonpayment section separately refers to a 2.5-month period. That generic wording does not explain how the weight-loss card’s three-month minimum is collected or replace that stated minimum. Ask which agreement governs the tirzepatide order rather than treating the periods as interchangeable.⁵

That describes the offered formulation; it does not establish that added B12 prevents nausea or improves weight-loss results. Confirm the formulation, dispensing pharmacy and follow-up arrangements for your own prescription.
