Society of You Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Care & Refund Terms

Society of You advertises clinician-guided injectable tirzepatide with a “From $249” card that does not state a billing period. Its terms name Emerald Pharmacy and Striker Pharmacy, but the amount due, renewal interval and assigned pharmacy still need confirmation for your plan. The refund policy also contains conflicting language about medical ineligibility.^4,5,6

What the advertised price covers

The weight-loss page opens with a general $99/month headline, then lists semaglutide from $149 and tirzepatide from $249. Neither drug card supplies a billing period. The $99 headline is not a tirzepatide quote, and the tirzepatide card does not establish a monthly total, introductory discount or ongoing rate.⁴

The terms describe automatic subscription charges at intervals disclosed during checkout. For applicable bundled subscriptions, a single total includes platform access, provider services and medication filled through a partner pharmacy. Filling at an outside pharmacy means paying that pharmacy directly. The terms also allow applicable taxes and shipping charges, while the marketing page advertises free delivery. Confirm your actual total and included fulfillment before paying.^4,5

The tirzepatide Get Started link opens an initial screen asking for date of birth, gender and state. That screen does not show an itemized bill. Confirm the full amount due and the renewal schedule before submitting payment; the initial questions do not establish an individual eligibility decision.⁸

Injectable options and availability

The expanded oral-options FAQ says Society currently offers injectable GLP-1 medication only. Oral metformin appears elsewhere on the page; it does not establish oral tirzepatide availability. The homepage marks microdose tirzepatide and branded Mounjaro as coming soon. Microdose cards elsewhere do not establish an available prescription or a selectable purchase.^3,4

The site discusses compounded treatments and distinguishes them from FDA-approved brands. Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished product. Ask which formulation your clinician proposes and which pharmacy will dispense it; a listed brand or pharmacy does not answer those questions for your prescription. Who provides care and fills prescriptions?

The terms identify Society Management Group as the platform operator. Society says it does not practice medicine; independent clinicians decide whether treatment is appropriate. The consent describes medical-history review, possible diagnosis and treatment, follow-up and messaging, audio or video communications. A prescription is not guaranteed.^5,7

Emerald Pharmacy and Striker Pharmacy are named in the terms, which permit transfers between partner pharmacies. The list does not confirm your assigned dispenser, state-specific authority or a particular formulation. The terms claim availability in all 50 states, while the footer says availability varies by state and depends on the clinician's license where you are located. The initial intake lists states, but that alone does not confirm access to tirzepatide in each one.^3,5,8

Cancellation does not settle refund eligibility

The weight-loss FAQ says you can pause or cancel anytime with no long-term contract. The terms add a deadline: cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal processing date, through your account, email or the listed cancellation phone route. Cancellation takes effect at the current period's end. Partially used periods generally receive no refund, subject to discretion, and a pause automatically resumes billing unless you cancel before it ends.^4,5

The January 1, 2026 refund policy first says the first two months are non-refundable under any circumstances. It also says intake plus payment starts processing, processed charges are final, and prescribed or dispensed medication cannot be returned or refunded. Later, it says medical ineligibility determined before prescribing may qualify for a full refund, except where information was omitted or inaccurate. Those provisions conflict; do not treat the later exception as an unconditional denial-refund guarantee. Ask which rule applies before payment. Verified billing errors may qualify, and requests must be made within 28 days of the charge.⁶
