Care fees are not medication prices

The general FAQ lists provider evaluations from free to $69, depending on treatment and pharmacy choice, with medication charged separately. It also lists a $1.50 prescription dispensing-and-handling fee. The dedicated refund page describes provider-fee refunds for completed visits when no treatment is prescribed; it also says consultation payments normally pay for professional time and includes discretionary language. The Terms qualify denial refunds by the applicable program rules. Obtain the rule for the actual service rather than assuming every charge is refundable.^7,6

The general scheduled-video rule allows cancellation refunds at least 24 hours before the appointment. Processed prescription orders are generally final.
