Revel RX Tirzepatide Review: Price, Refills and Refund Qualifications

Revel RX advertises compounded tirzepatide at $155/month, with all doses included at one price and free overnight cold shipping. The pricing section says there are no memberships. However, its cost FAQ says price depends on the medication and program length, and consultation and medication may be billed separately. Confirm the selected program’s total rather than treating $155 as an unconditional all-in bill.³

What to confirm about the price

The named tirzepatide card is a clearer starting point than a generic GLP-1 promotion, but it does not establish the supplied quantity, accepted program term or an individual invoice. The FAQ describes provider access, ongoing care-team messaging and medication fulfillment as program components while retaining the separate-billing qualification.³

Ask for the consultation charge, medication charge, shipping conditions, supplied period and next refill price in writing. A promotional notification labeled an illustrative example does not establish a required twelve-month commitment.

Refills require a separate payment decision

The charging FAQ says there is no automatic billing or recurring billing schedule. It describes patient-initiated refills through the portal, with review of the medication, address and charge before payment authorization. That is a published process, not a guarantee of prescription approval or a price lock.³

Requiring a new refill request does not, by itself, establish that a previous purchase has no remaining payment obligation or can be refunded.^6,7

The cancellation FAQ says cancellation takes effect immediately for future orders through account settings or support. Medication already shipped cannot be returned or refunded under its ordinary rule. Canceling future orders therefore differs from reversing a completed charge or shipment.³

Refund eligibility and shipment remedies differ

The refund FAQ lists eligible situations: charges after a confirmed cancellation, duplicate charges, carrier-confirmed lost shipments and material fulfillment errors reported within five business days of delivery. It excludes shipped medication and completed clinical services, and says charges disputed more than sixty days after the transaction without prior support contact are ineligible. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within five to ten business days.³

The separate Returns & Refund Policy says prescription sales become final once payment is charged and the package is handed to the carrier. It describes reshipping lost packages after working with the carrier. Thus, a lost shipment is described as refund-eligible in one FAQ and as a reshipment situation in the separate policy; ask which remedy applies rather than assuming an automatic cash refund.⁴

That policy’s thirty-day return provision concerns unopened non-prescription goods, not prescription medication. It also says the company does not ship refrigerated products, whereas the pricing card advertises cold shipping. Confirm the actual pharmacy’s storage instructions and shipment handling; those statements should not be treated as interchangeable.^3,4

Pharmacy disclosure and clinical context

Revel names Manifest Pharmacy and Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy as possible dispensing partners depending on the prescribed therapy. That is a public network disclosure, not independent verification of current licenses, a 503A/503B designation or the facility assigned to one patient.³

Its June 30, 2026 Terms address website and service use.
