Coby Health Tirzepatide Review: Prices, Plans & Cancellation

Coby Health publishes a $239 first-month compounded tirzepatide price at 2.5 mg. The selected Monthly plan then lists $299 at 5 mg, rising to $439 at 12.5 or 15 mg. Its lower $179 headline belongs to a six-month, same-dose bundle at the starting dose; it is not the flexible monthly price. These are advertised plan prices, subject to a clinician's prescribing decision.³

Monthly prices and prepaid savings

The monthly price changes with the prescribed dose. The page lists $329 at 7.5 mg and $379 at 10 mg between the lower and upper prices. A higher dose is not automatically appropriate, and the site's example progression is not a personal treatment schedule. Ask what your next order will cost if the clinician changes your prescription.³

Same Dose Bundles are a different purchase: the lowest three-month offer is $567 total, labeled $189 per month, with all three months shipped together. The lowest six-month offer is $1,074 total, labeled $179 per month, shipped as two separate three-month supplies. These starting prices are for the 2.5 mg selection; other dose selections cost more. The page also describes these as 12- and 24-week bundles, so confirm the supplied quantity rather than assuming calendar-month coverage.³

Kickstart packages serve new patients or those continuing at 2.5 mg. The initial 12-week package is $697, shipped together, while the initial 24-week package is $1,590, shipped in two three-month supplies. These packages advertise a changing-dose pathway rather than the same-dose purchase above. Their price does not guarantee that any particular increase will be prescribed.⁴

What the advertised price includes

The named compounded plan lists the consultation and prescription, medication, injection supplies, on-demand medical support and free shipping. No separate membership fee is required for that plan. Coby operates on a cash-pay basis and does not process insurance for the care.^3,5,6

The product FAQ describes pay-as-you-go ordering, with an invitation to complete a follow-up visit before the next month. However, no subscription required does not mean every offer is nonrenewing: the general Terms allow subscription products with automatic charges, intervals and cancellation cutoffs disclosed at purchase. Confirm whether your selected order renews, the next amount due and how to stop future charges.^3,6

Cancellation is time-sensitive

Coby's homepage FAQ says that once a prescription has been issued and sent to a pharmacy partner, the order cannot be changed. Before medication is ordered from the pharmacy, the team will try to cancel, but success is not guaranteed. If cancellation succeeds, $50 is retained as a visit and clinical fee. This is not a promise that every order can be canceled for $50.⁵

After shipment, the stated policy does not allow refunds; Coby says it will work with its pharmacy partners on delivery damage. The Terms separately make charges generally nonrefundable unless an express return or refund policy provides otherwise. Neither statement establishes an unconditional full refund following medical nonapproval. Ask which policy applies before paying, particularly for a larger prepaid purchase.^5,6

Who provides the care?

Coby Health LLC provides the marketplace and technology rather than medical or pharmacy services. Its Terms name Beluga Health, P.A. as a medical group and describe independent physicians and other health professionals. That identifies a contractual care organization, not your assigned clinician or proof that every professional has a particular board certification.⁶

The public product and Terms do not name the pharmacy that will prepare and dispense an individual order. Confirm those facilities and the clinician before treatment. A certification badge or seal number alone should not be treated as independent verification of a pharmacy's license, preparation or service quality.

The homepage currently excludes Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico from its GLP-1 programs and warns that availability varies by treatment. A national medical-network description does not override those product restrictions. The site describes an online history review, with video required where the state requires it; payment does not guarantee a prescription.^5,6

The named prices above concern compounded tirzepatide. The general FAQ also mentions possible brand-name prescriptions, but does not establish brand fulfillment at these compounded-plan prices.
