Those are distinct programs; confirm the selected total and recurring authorization.^3,4

Separate medication, coaching and laboratory services

The standalone product page lists several available doses but does not establish a personal prescription, supplied quantity or a guarantee that every additional service costs the same. The homepage says laboratory work, visits, medication, supplements and coaching inclusions vary by program. Ask what the selected payment covers, including labs and follow-up.^3,5

The homepage separately labels a tirzepatide microdose option from $249 per month. That is not the $279 standard product or the $599 coaching program. A lower-dose name or a supplement offer does not establish comparable clinical outcomes.⁵

Processing can end the cancellation opportunity

The returns policy says prescription and compounded orders cannot be canceled once processing begins. Such medications are final sale and nonrefundable and cannot be returned once dispensed.
