Mevo Health Tirzepatide Review: Plans, Care and Refund Questions

Mevo Health lists compounded tirzepatide injections as low as $259, beside a broader $199-per-month plan headline and a $199 semaglutide listing. The lower general headline should not become a tirzepatide quote. Its FAQ offers monthly, quarterly and six-month plans, but does not tie the $259 figure to a particular term.³

The service names its physician panel and describes continued care. The main financial question is what your chosen plan actually charges, for how long, and what happens if treatment stops before the next renewal.

Compare the plan, not just the headline

Ask for the amount due at enrollment, the recurring charge, billing interval and complete term. A longer-plan monthly equivalent can differ from the amount collected at once. The public product listing alone does not establish a dose-independent final bill, included lab costs or the number of vials and shipments.

A shared medication headline needs a further check. The Aspen Health review examines a $179 starting figure shown with separate semaglutide and tirzepatide paths and a three-month commitment. That shared figure does not establish a tirzepatide-specific quote. Have the written offer name the drug, full term and payment dates before comparing it with Mevo’s medication-specific price floor.⁶

The current homepage product menu names compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide injections. It does not establish that an oral tirzepatide preparation is available for your prescription. Ask whether an oral preparation is currently offered; it should not be assumed equivalent to an approved injectable drug.

Who makes the medical decisions?

Mevo's terms identify Mevo Health LLC as the platform operator and say medical decisions belong to independent clinicians. Its homepage names David Wasef, Frank Suppa, Andrew Sakla and Constantin Chikando, and identifies Wasef as head of the Mevo Provider Network. These are the company's disclosures; a named panel does not establish your assigned physician or independently verify each credential.^3,4

The consent describes review through questionnaires and messages, with additional information or a live consultation when needed. Some states require a live audio or video visit. The practitioner determines whether telehealth is appropriate, and a prescription is not guaranteed. The consent says the initial practitioner message includes the clinician's name and credentials.⁵

The homepage describes patient-specific compounding through U.S. 503A pharmacies and says selection can vary with location and the physician's decision. The terms also allow another pharmacy of the patient's choice. Confirm the actual dispenser, preparation, concentration and usable supply; a pharmacy-network description does not assign a particular facility.^3,4

Cancellation leaves refund questions open

The FAQ says a patient can cancel before the next billing cycle. The terms allow cancellation or delay by emailing care@mevohealth.com, and say program-specific fees and terms will be presented before enrollment. Those disclosures do not state a complete refund schedule for an already-paid cycle, consultation, prepared prescription or unused portion of a longer plan.^3,4

Obtain the written cutoff for the next charge and the separate cutoff for a current prescription. Ask whether declining medical approval triggers a refund, whether a processing fee remains, and how unused prepaid value is treated. Do not assume that stopping future renewal reverses an existing payment.

The terms restrict service to adults at least 18 who are in an operating state. The consent also requires the patient to be physically in a state where the practitioner can provide care. Confirm your location and selected medication before payment; these disclosures do not establish unrestricted nationwide access.^4,5

Our assessment

Mevo offers a specific injection price floor and named clinicians, including a disclosed network lead. Its selected-plan payment and refund terms deserve the same attention as the advertised rate.
