It lists a $79 initial consultation and $79 monthly provider-support fee, with medication purchased separately. These care fees are not a medication-inclusive tirzepatide price.^3,4

The practical comparison is the complete cost of care and the prescription your pharmacy can fill, with your coverage and dose. This review concerns public information, without an intake, account, test purchase or personal treatment experience.

Three charges to keep separate

The named Zepbound page displays a starting average of $1,000 for a one-month supply at the lowest dose without coverage, while telling patients to confirm the actual price with their pharmacy. That is a provider-listed estimate, not an individualized quote or a guaranteed best available cash price. The consultation and recurring care charges are additional.³

The general weight-management page says the consultation is not submitted to insurance and the support fee is not eligible for coverage. Insurance may cover some medications, subject to the plan, authorization and prescription. Assistance requesting approval does not guarantee coverage, stock or a particular copay.⁴

Other Nurx pages describe oral weight-management combinations and may display different treatment or promotional prices. These are not oral tirzepatide or proof of the cost of Zepbound pens. Confirm the selected medication, formulation, supplied period and complete first and subsequent charges before authorizing payment.

Pharmacy pickup is part of this offer

The named product page says Zepbound auto-injector pens are sent to a preferred local pharmacy for pickup and are not shipped through Nurx. General free-shipping banners should not override that product-specific instruction. Ask the pharmacy about availability, its current price and dispensing requirements rather than planning around a universal doorstep-delivery promise.³

The linked privacy notice names affiliated pharmacies including AFA Pharmacy, Propel Pharmacy and Propel Pharmacy Ohio. Those examples do not establish that any one fills your Zepbound prescription. Confirm the actual dispensing pharmacy; no individual facility or license was independently verified here.¹⁰

Recurring care requires a separate cancellation

The general subscription FAQ permits cancellation through account messaging, email or telephone, and describes an account option labeled Update plan/cancel subscription. It requires at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next order charge. It also warns that Friday, Saturday or Sunday recurring billing/shipping dates may be processed up to two days early because of pharmacy hours.⁶

Ask for the actual deadline for your weight-management care charge. The general pharmacy-order timing does not establish an external pharmacy’s dispensing cutoff. Stopping a local prescription refill, stopping Nurx’s recurring care fee and asking for a refund are different requests.

The September 24, 2026 Terms describe continuous subscriptions that renew at the applicable period unless canceled, with the account closing at the current billing period’s end. They permit communicated price changes for a following period and allow rejection by unsubscribing beforehand. No twelve-month prepayment or minimum commitment was established for this particular public offer; obtain the selected authorization.⁵

Consultation and medication refunds differ

Nurx’s consultation FAQ explicitly says the consultation is not refunded when a prescription request cannot be approved. A clinical review is therefore not financially risk-free merely because no medication is prescribed.⁸

The linked Thirty Madison return policy says received medical consultations, including ongoing-care fees, are not refundable. It also excludes returns or refunds for delivered products or medication and provides a defective-or-damaged replacement process. These platform rules should not be substituted for your outside pharmacy’s medication-refund policy.⁷

Other service lines have their own guarantees in the general Terms. An anti-aging or menopause guarantee does not create a weight-management refund right. Keep confirmation of cancellation and ask separately about a disputed charge, damaged product or care interruption. No unconditional unused-month or medication-denial refund is established here.^5,7

Clinical responsibility and follow-up

The Terms identify Thirty Madison, Inc. as the nonclinical platform and KMG Medical Group MO, P.C. and affiliates as independent clinical providers. The telehealth consent names KMG entities in several states and Michael Karagas, M.D., P.C. doing business as KMG Medical Group. These disclosures do not verify the clinician assigned to you.^5,9

Consent permits asynchronous review, phone or video communication and requests for identity and physical location. A prescription is not guaranteed, and telehealth may require additional information or in-person care. The general program describes a check-in about two weeks after starting, messaging and appropriate treatment adjustments; this is not a guaranteed response time or unlimited dietitian appointments.^4,9

Confirm service eligibility where you are located. Consent withdrawal and subscription cancellation are separate actions; arrange continuity with a clinician if treatment changes.
