Medro Tirzepatide Review: Starting Price and Payment Rules

Medro currently advertises compounded tirzepatide from $199 per month. That is a starting offer, not a selected prescription quote. Its $99-off banner and separate $139 microdose-tirzepatide offer describe different price conditions; neither establishes the standard injection's dose, quantity or renewal total.³

Is payment recurring by default?

Medro's FAQ says there is no default recurring membership at launch. The terms describe a single purchase unless an automatic refill, subscription or other recurring option is expressly presented and accepted. If selected, recurring payments renew at the disclosed frequency until canceled. Confirm which purchase type you are accepting, the amount due now and every later charge.^4,5

The refund policy describes subscription access and its first charge beginning when intake is completed, while the terms generally describe payment at purchase and the FAQ says timing can vary by product and partner. Ask when the card will actually be charged and when clinical work starts. These public descriptions do not establish one universal payment sequence for every offer.^4,5,6

The subscription cancellation deadline

For a subscription governed by its refund policy, Medro requires cancellation at least 72 hours before billing, through customer service or portal chat. A later request may leave the next charge due, with cancellation effective the following cycle. Access continues through the paid period. Those conditions should not be applied automatically to a one-time order, whose finality depends on its selected agreement and processing stage.^5,6

The Green Cap Health review examines a different subscription rule: at least 48 hours before renewal, with dispensed medication nonrefundable and earlier-order refund eligibility reviewed separately. Use each selected agreement’s own deadline and order stage; stopping renewal and recovering an existing payment remain separate questions.⁷

The policy initially promises a full refund if a provider medically disqualifies the patient, then describes the remaining subscription charges following disqualification and limits approved refunds to the most recent billing cycle. Ordinary subscription cancellation is otherwise nonrefundable. Obtain the retained-service and unused-prepaid calculation before choosing a longer term; do not assume a full original-payment refund after treatment has started.⁶

Inspect medication on arrival and report damage or incorrect items immediately. Damage may receive replacement after evidence is supplied; incorrect medication is to be replaced by the pharmacy. This is not a general cash-refund promise for every shipping problem.⁶

Who provides care and fulfillment?

Medro Health Technologies, Inc. operates the platform and does not itself practice medicine or dispense prescriptions. Its FAQ names Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, as the clinical provider and The Pharmacy Hub as its pharmacy partner. Confirm the treating clinician, practice and exact preparing/dispensing facility for the selected prescription. These are attributed disclosures, not independent current-license, certification or patient-assignment verification.^4,5

The site advertises all 50 states with medication, formulation and fulfillment restrictions. Confirm availability where you will physically attend the consultation, and what the quote includes for medication, supplies, shipping, labs and follow-up. Broad free-shipping or no-membership messages do not replace the selected written agreement.^3,4

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, as Medro acknowledges. The original brand-drug trial references do not establish the quality, equivalence or results of the particular compounded preparation or Medro's patients.^1,2,3 A useful decision starts with the named prescription, payment schedule and accountable care team together.
