The named page advertises free provider consultation, prescription and express shipping, with the same flat price across prescribed doses. It lists a vial and injection supplies as kit contents. Confirm the prescribed formulation, concentration, quantity and administration instructions; a menu amount is not a personal prescription or permission to choose a dose.³

The three-month card’s explicit one-time upfront wording needs to be read beside the general Terms, which say subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next cycle. The refund policy also says there are no long-term commitments. Obtain the treating practice and clinician, preparing/dispensing facility, service availability at your location and complete financial agreement.
