VirtualCare2Go lists tirzepatide among the possible medicines in a $629 injection bundle, alongside semaglutide and liraglutide. Its weight-loss page says the medicine depends on supply. That is not a guaranteed $629 starting-dose tirzepatide prescription. A separate $99.99 consultation-only route excludes medication.³

The useful comparison is between buying a supplied treatment bundle and paying for clinical assessment before a separate pharmacy purchase. Confirm the exact prescription, supply period, location eligibility and repeat-visit charges before choosing either route.

Separate the consultation from medication

The injection card includes medication, consultation and shipping for a stated one-month supply. It mentions a pen or vial but does not settle the exact product, dose, quantity or preparing pharmacy for your order. Its no-contract wording does not explain every payment, refill or refund condition.³

For the consultation-only option, prescriptions go to a pharmacy you choose if treatment is appropriate. The pharmacy charge is additional and varies. The weight-loss menu includes tablet and compounded-semaglutide options. These are separate treatments, not oral tirzepatide or proof that the injection bundle supplies compounded tirzepatide. Ask for the prescribed product’s name, presentation and dispensing pharmacy rather than identifying it from a category headline.³

The broader insurance page advertises plan billing and names DK Physicians PLLC as its billing company. That does not establish coverage for the weight-loss bundle, whose own page excludes insurance reimbursement. For a separately billed consultation, confirm network participation, benefits and patient responsibility for that selected service.^3,8

The separate 1Care2Go membership advertises $1,999 charged annually, shown as a $167 monthly equivalent, or $199 monthly plus a $99 initiation fee. Its annual plan permits cancellation before the next renewal; monthly marketing says cancel anytime. Those are concierge membership terms, not a tirzepatide price or proof that medication is included.⁷

What the visit and follow-up involve

The weight-loss page advertises same-day consultation availability, evaluation and ongoing monitoring. Availability is not a guaranteed appointment, prescription or delivery deadline. Its general FAQ describes video consultations using Zoom; confirm the encounter format and technology required for your selected weight-loss visit.^3,4

The general FAQ says the service currently treats patients in Texas and is expanding. Broader network marketing should not be read as confirmation of eligibility in all 50 states. Ask whether the clinician can treat you where you will physically be during the visit and whether the chosen pharmacy can supply that address.^4,6

These are company disclosures, not independent verification of your assigned clinician’s license, certification or role. The general FAQ says payment follows choosing a doctor consultation and confirming the appointment. It offers a full appointment refund when canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This general visit policy does not establish a refund for medication, a completed assessment, a prescription declined after consultation or a late cancellation.⁴
