24hrDOC describes access to compounded tirzepatide in its weight-loss information, but the checked current pages do not establish a named tirzepatide medication price, supply or ongoing total. Its general homepage visit fees and separate subscription should not be treated as a medication-inclusive weight-loss quote.^3,6,7

Separate the visit from the prescription

The homepage advertises general visits starting at $39.99 and explicitly says consultation fees exclude medication. It describes sending a prescription to the patient's preferred pharmacy after clinical review. It also says the platform does not carry or ship medicines, while its compounded-weight-loss article describes pharmacy-prepared medication delivered to patients. Confirm the arrangement for the actual treatment rather than assuming every service follows the same fulfillment model.^3,6

Identify the preparation before comparing prices

The official compounded-treatment article names tirzepatide in oral and injectable forms. That is a company description of its treatment pathway, not confirmation of a selected product, concentration or dispensing pharmacy. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved finished products, and an oral product is not established as equivalent to branded injection trials. The subscription excludes weight loss

The separately linked subscription page advertises $40 per quarter but expressly says it is not intended for weight loss. Its cancel-anytime language does not establish the renewal, refill or refund terms for a tirzepatide purchase. Obtain those treatment-specific conditions before authorizing repeat charges.⁷

Refund requests depend on review timing

The homepage promotes quick provider responses, but a prescription still depends on assessment. The Terms distinguish 24hrDOC's administrative platform from independent clinicians. Ask about follow-up access and your state's eligibility; a response-time claim does not establish the depth or suitability of an individual consultation.^3,5

The homepage says insurance does not cover its service fees, while insurance may cover pharmacy medication, labs or other tests. Confirm coverage with the insurer rather than assuming the entire treatment is cash-only. Discuss side effects, gallbladder concerns and the thyroid warning with the clinician.³

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials.
