Its published financial conditions distinguish medical nonapproval from canceling after a health review: the former promises a full refund, while the latter describes a possible refund less $50 with a 24-hour written-notice requirement.^4,5

Obtain the complete quote before choosing a plan

Ask for the selected medication, preparation, concentration, quantity, usable supply, first charge and ongoing bill. The $99 headline does not establish the rate at every dose, a universal renewal amount or the cost of every optional service.^3,4

The terms describe a technology platform, Teleios Health, LLC, facilitating independent care and pharmacy services. Charges combine professional services and product fulfillment, with fees generally nonrefundable except as the Refund Policy provides. Confirm whether any separate membership or longer payment commitment applies to the selected offer.⁶

Separate nonapproval from a change of mind

The FAQ promises a full refund if the provider finds the patient unsuitable for medication. After a completed health review and a written prescription, the refund policy instead says Teleios may refund the payment less a $50 professional fee, provided written email notice arrives within 24 hours of review completion. This is a conditional, discretionary route rather than a blanket full-refund promise.^4,5

Dispensed medication is nonrefundable. The policy tells patients with concerns about dispensed medication to contact the pharmacy within 48 hours. Ask which review-completion timestamp and pharmacy-processing stage apply before relying on the 24-hour window.⁵

The policy also says medication marked delivered by the carrier cannot be reshipped, and a package lost or stolen after delivery confirmation requires a new order, with a carrier claim available. Obtain the applicable instructions for a shipment problem and keep tracking and package details.⁵

Named partners do not establish your assignment

The FAQ names Lion MD, with Ana Lisa Carr, MD, and Kelly Tenbrink, MD, as its medical team. It lists Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx and The Pharmacy Hub as pharmacy partners. These are provider disclosures, not independent credential checks or confirmation of the practice, clinician or facility assigned to you.⁴

The terms allow requesting another pharmacy. Confirm whether using it changes payment or fulfillment arrangements. The coverage material describes national access subject to specific service availability and state rules; confirm your physical location and selected treatment before payment.^6,7

The consent says patients must be physically in their home state during the telehealth consultation. The FAQ describes shipment within five to seven business days after approval. These are service conditions, not a guaranteed interval from starting an assessment to receiving medication.^4,8
