Genesis Health Tirzepatide Review: Plan Totals, Cancellation and FDA Letter

Genesis Health’s named compounded tirzepatide page lists $225 billed monthly, with longer prepaid options down to $1,500 billed annually. The annual headline of $125 per month is an equivalent, not a monthly payment. Its refund policy sets an advance cancellation deadline and separates clinical nonapproval from changing your mind after an order enters review.^3,4

Compare the amount collected, not just the equivalent

The page lists $565 every three months and $1,050 every six months alongside the monthly and annual options. Confirm the prescribed quantity, supplied period and selected total before paying; a payment period does not by itself establish how much medication will be dispensed at once.³

Genesis advertises a complimentary online consultation, coaching support, follow-ups and free shipping for eligible prescriptions. Those are program representations, not an individual agreement or proof that every laboratory service is included. Ask what the selected payment covers and whether any additional service creates a separate charge.³

Cancel before the next billing deadline

The Refund & Cancellation Policy, effective June 25, 2026, requires emailing support at least 15 days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next shipment’s charge. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; payments already processed are generally nonrefundable. The product page’s cancel-anytime statement should not be read as an unused-term refund promise.^3,4

For a request made fewer than 15 days before billing, the policy says an unshipped order may receive a 10% account credit toward a future purchase, at the company’s discretion. This is not a cash refund or a guaranteed credit. Once medication ships, it says no refund or credit is available.⁴

Initial review and exceptions

The policy says a prescription purchase cannot be canceled or refunded once the intake is submitted and the order enters clinical review and fulfillment. It separately promises a full refund for initial medical disqualification, except where relevant medical information was knowingly omitted or misrepresented. It also lists a full refund for duplicate or otherwise incorrect billing.⁴

Clarify how these exceptions apply to the actual order stage, especially before committing to a longer prepaid term. Stopping future shipments does not automatically recover a previously processed payment. The public wording does not establish a general prorated refund for every unused annual-plan balance.

Branded listings do not settle actual access

The site retains a Zepbound product listing without a usable public plan price. Its Terms, revised October 29, 2024, separately say Genesis does not supply the proprietary manufacturer medications described there. This conflicts with treating the listings as a confirmed branded-drug pathway. Obtain direct confirmation of the medication and actual fulfillment arrangement; do not infer brand availability from a safety-information section or a product name.^5,8

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are different medications. Wegovy and Ozempic listings should not be treated as brand-name tirzepatide, nor should a semaglutide plan price be assigned to the compounded tirzepatide offer.

Clinical and pharmacy roles

The Terms identify Genesis Health International Inc. as a technology platform rather than the medical provider. The public telehealth consent names Beluga Health, P.A. for asynchronous clinical care. These disclosures do not establish an individual clinician’s assignment or independently verified credentials.^5,6

The product page reports U.S. 503A partner pharmacies without identifying the dispenser for a particular order. The Terms permit requesting another pharmacy by email. Confirm the actual facility, formulation, available services in your state and any change in cost or delivery. Provider-reported auditing or a certification badge is not independent verification of a facility’s current status.^3,5

Read the FDA warning alongside the offer

FDA issued Genesis Health International Inc. dba Genesis a warning letter dated February 20, 2026, concerning compounded-drug labeling and promotional claims. The published letter is relevant to evaluating the company’s representations. This review does not establish FDA clearance, a closeout or resolution; changes to a storefront do not by themselves demonstrate any of those outcomes.⁷

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.
