Corsica Health publishes a $299 one-month tirzepatide option and a $747 three-month plan, advertised as $249 per month. The lower monthly figure describes a longer purchase. Its product page says the card is charged only if a licensed healthcare provider approves treatment.³

The named injection page includes medication, injection supplies, alcohol swabs and a secure patient portal. Its FAQ describes provider access and support within the subscription. Confirm the selected supply, payment schedule and next charge before authorizing a recurring plan; the one-month option and three-month total are different commitments.^3,4

A displayed checkout code is not a guaranteed continuing rate. The published prices above are the plan amounts before any eligibility-dependent discount; the checked product body does not establish that every dose or future refill has the same price.³

Clinical review comes before approval

Corsica's FAQ identifies Telegra MD in its provider-information process. The Terms name Corsica Therapeutics LLC as the website operator and distinguish the platform from independent medical professionals, pharmacies and laboratories. These disclosures explain responsibility; they do not verify an individual clinician's license or assign a dispensing pharmacy to your prescription.^4,5

The compound and any branded pathway should be assessed separately. Cancellation and refunds are different decisions

The FAQ says subscriptions may be canceled anytime without penalties and paused by notifying the care team in advance. It does not state a specific universal cancellation cutoff in the checked answers. Ask for written confirmation of the next charge and shipment before assuming an immediate request stops both.⁴

The first-month satisfaction guarantee is qualified by the same FAQ's statement that products are generally nonrefundable after shipment. The March 29, 2026 Terms separately say a delivered medical consultation is nonrefundable and prescription sales are final, with prescription-filling errors reported through the account. Clarify which part of the first purchase the guarantee covers; it should not be read as an unconditional right to return dispensed medicine.^4,5

Check your state and ongoing support

The FAQ describes state-dependent availability and particular restrictions for sublingual products. Those restrictions should not automatically be transferred to this injection. Confirm the prescribed route, state eligibility, ingredients and dispenser directly with the care team. A public product listing and an application do not guarantee prescribing.^4,5

Review side effects, gallbladder concerns and the thyroid warning with your clinician. Provider access and supplies can make a program easier to use, but they do not establish outcomes for its particular compounded preparation.
