Concierge MD Tirzepatide Review: Price, Labs & Commitment

Concierge MD’s weight-loss page lists compounded tirzepatide at $299 per month with a four-month minimum. It separately lists Mounjaro and Zepbound at $1,999 per month each. The page’s $199 starting headline belongs to semaglutide, not tirzepatide. Lab costs are expressly excluded even though laboratory screening is described as part of the program.³

The program also separates billing from shipment: its FAQ describes a $299 monthly tirzepatide membership with medication shipped every 60 days if medically necessary. Do not read a monthly charge as a new shipment each month, or a 60-day shipment as permission to cancel after two payments.³

Shipped treatment and broader concierge care

Concierge MD markets both virtual services and in-home care. The homepage says it reaches more than 50 cities nationwide and offers membership and non-membership services. A nationwide headline still does not verify availability for every treatment or patient address.⁴

The weight-loss offer includes a virtual provider consultation, screening and a treatment kit if appropriate. A discovery call on the homepage is a different step from a medical evaluation. The public subscription form was visible without submitting personal information, agreeing to terms or making a payment; this review does not claim that an individual treatment plan was approved.³

Confirm the precise preparation and pharmacy

The product cards describe tirzepatide with glycine or methylcobalamin, while the shipment FAQ refers to tirzepatide with glycine or niacinamide. These ingredient descriptions differ. Ask the prescriber and dispenser to identify the actual preparation and any additive rather than assuming every formulation matches the headline card.³

The page says it works with state-licensed compounding pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. It does not identify the pharmacy assigned to a particular order. That mixed description does not independently establish that every dispensed prescription comes from a 503B facility, nor that any particular pharmacy license or accreditation has been checked by this review.

The page also uses wording about FDA-approved active ingredients. That does not mean the compounded finished product is FDA-approved or proven equivalent to Lilly’s medicine. Lab work and the full cost

The page describes comprehensive laboratory testing as part of determining a treatment plan but then expressly excludes the cost of labs, saying most PPO insurance covers them. Do not translate that into free testing or guaranteed coverage. Ask the laboratory and your insurer about your own copay, deductible, out-of-network charges or self-pay cost.³

The four-month requirement appears in the public signup form and cancellation FAQ. Discounts are labeled first-month only. The $299 rate therefore needs to be considered with the commitment, any applicable first-month discount, lab costs and shipment schedule. This review does not infer a permanent promotional rate or an undisclosed separate care fee.

The broader concierge memberships listed in the Terms have their own prices, trial rules and annual commitments. Those do not automatically become the price or duration of the weight-loss subscription. Conversely, a weight-loss plan does not establish entitlement to every house-call or longevity service advertised elsewhere.⁵

Cancellation and medical nonapproval

The weight-loss FAQ instructs patients to email weightloss@driphydration.com or contact their local Drip Hydration provider to cancel, while reiterating the four-month minimum. A separate FAQ expressly promises a full refund if the required clinical review finds you do not qualify. That is a specific nonapproval provision, not a satisfaction guarantee or a promise to refund treatment already supplied.³

The general Terms distinguish other situations. Booked services require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice, and products that have left the pharmacy do not have a guaranteed return or refund. They also describe three-to-four-month subscription commitments and separate 12-month concierge membership tiers. Service-specific terms are stated to control conflicts, so confirm which agreement applies to your selected weight-loss service.⁵

Do not combine the medical-nonapproval promise, an appointment-cancellation rule and a post-pharmacy product rule into one blanket refund policy. Ask when billing occurs, what happens before the first prescription, and what remains payable if you leave after starting treatment.

Evaluate clinical care independently

The website’s outcome statements and testimonials are not individual predictions or independent validation of the advertised program. Confirm follow-up and adverse-effect support with the treating clinician.
