The named offer includes clinician care, medication, shipping and ongoing support without a separate membership or consultation fee. Its refund policy still requires 72 hours' notice before the billing date to prevent the next charge.^3,5

Compare introductory and continuing prices

The $99 headline concerns semaglutide, not tirzepatide. For tirzepatide, distinguish the six-month introductory rate from the continuing $229 monthly figure. The current page says patients are not charged unless a clinician prescribes, while the Terms describe recurring charges at the interval presented during checkout.^3,4

No upfront six-month payment is established by the advertised introductory duration alone. Confirm the actual first charge, processing dates, price after the introductory period and any accepted promotional conditions before paying. The separate “up to $300” welcome-credit banner should not be subtracted from every displayed treatment price automatically.^3,4

Who provides care and medication?

EOS names Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC as its clinical partner, also discussed in our Coivas review. Its current partner directory lists GoGoMeds, The Pharmacy Hub, Hallandale and Strive. Assignment depends on the medication and location; a network name is not confirmation of your actual dispenser or independent verification of a license.⁶

The platform coordinates access rather than replacing the independent medical professionals and pharmacies. The product page describes standard compounded tirzepatide and options with B12 or glycine. Ask which ingredients, concentration and instructions your clinician has prescribed instead of assuming every option is interchangeable.^3,4

Give cancellation notice before renewal

The page's “cancel anytime” message is qualified by the dedicated policy: request cancellation through customer service or portal chat at least 72 hours before billing. Missing that deadline can trigger the next charge, with cancellation taking effect on the subsequent billing date. Access continues through the paid cycle.^3,5

The Terms separately prohibit canceling an initial order once it is submitted for medical review. The refund policy says the first charge occurs after intake, while the product says no charge unless a clinician prescribes. Confirm the authorization, collection and review stages before submitting the order.^3,4,5

Read the medical-disqualification clauses together

The refund policy initially promises a full refund for medical disqualification, then describes a refund of remaining subscription charges. Its later FAQ says a refund may be issued if eligibility changes, and rendered healthcare fees remain the patient's responsibility. These are different scopes; obtain the applicable calculation rather than assuming all prior care is refundable.⁵

The Terms also state a broad no-refund rule, while the dedicated policy provides medical-disqualification exceptions. Ordinary cancellation is generally nonrefundable under the policy. Approved refunds concern the most recent billing cycle, not earlier cycles. Report damaged or incorrect medication immediately: damaged items may be replaced with evidence, while the policy says incorrect medication will be replaced.^4,5
