He & She MD Tirzepatide Review: You + Me MD Prices & Terms

He & She MD now redirects to You + Me MD. Its tirzepatide injection page advertises $159/month with a twelve-month purchase, but its one-, three- and six-month prices disagree with the separate plan page. Get the selected offer, total charge and renewal amount in writing before committing.^3,4,5

Compare the two price menus

The injection page lists $339 for one month, $309/month for three months and $289/month for six months. The plan page instead lists $299 billed monthly, $627 every three months and $1,194 every six months. Both show a $159 monthly equivalent for twelve months; the plan page states $1,908 for that annual term.^4,5

The homepage adds another wrinkle: an introductory footnote describes $199/month for the first six months, followed by $1,734 per six-month term, a $289 monthly equivalent. That wording does not reconcile with its $159 injection card or establish which offer a particular order receives. Treat the figures as different published offers, not a guaranteed price ladder or renewal quote.³

The injection page says medication, injection supplies, shipping and ongoing provider support are included if prescribed, with no membership fee. Confirm the prescription, supplied quantity and any additional services in the actual order. Oral and injected products are separate formulations; a menu listing does not establish equivalent absorption, effectiveness or safety.⁴

Correction: An earlier version confused semaglutide pricing with tirzepatide and described a $99 microdose plan without support. Those claims have been removed. The current $99 general headline is not a confirmed tirzepatide quote.³

Approval, payment and cancellation

The payment FAQ says a temporary authorization may appear when card details are submitted, with payment captured only after clinical approval. If treatment is not approved, it says no payment is captured and the payment provider releases the hold. This does not establish a refund after approval or fulfillment.³

Cancellation is requested through Customer Support in the secure patient portal. The FAQ distinguishes monthly subscriptions from prepaid commitments and says prepaid plans are generally nonrefundable after treatment approval and payment, subject to applicable law and the terms accepted at purchase. It does not give a universal numeric cancellation deadline.³

Our LeanDose review shows a different pricing question: its named offer is expressly first-month pricing, with the continuing refill amount unresolved. Compare the next payment and cancellation agreement, rather than putting a first-month promotion beside an annual monthly equivalent as if they were the same commitment.

The cancellation FAQ links to a Terms and Conditions destination that currently returns a page-not-found message. A separate working Terms of Service page is available from the footer. Its Testosterone Health Program section contains program-specific membership, twelve-month, laboratory and recurring-payment provisions. Those clauses do not establish the agreement for a tirzepatide order.^6,7

Named partners do not settle the dispensing question

The FAQ names Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD as its clinical provider. It also names F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy and Specialty Medical Drugstore LLC dba GoGoMeds for fulfillment. These are the site’s disclosures, not independent credential checks or confirmation of the facility assigned to a prescription.³

The same FAQ says Jungle Jim’s cannot dispense sterile compounds. Naming that pharmacy within a broader network therefore does not identify the dispenser of an injectable prescription. Ask which facility compounds and dispenses the medication and whether it can serve the state where care and delivery will occur.³

Confirm state availability before paying

The homepage FAQ says GLP-1 shipping excludes Louisiana and PO Boxes. The shipping policy separately excludes New Jersey, Mississippi and Alaska and also references Hawaii and Guam. The pages do not supply a consistent medication-specific service map. Confirm the actual prescribing and shipping availability for your location; neither page guarantees eligibility.^3,8

A clinical partner’s postal contact address is not a patient shipping address. A PO Box in that partner listing does not contradict a policy declining medication delivery to patient PO Boxes.

Keep the formulation and evidence separate

The practical decision

The program publishes useful plan and partner information, but conflicting prices and state policies leave material purchase questions unresolved. Obtain the chosen formulation, total due, refill schedule, cancellation cutoff and assigned pharmacy before authorizing payment.
