Fitish Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Supply and Refund Terms

Fitish RX currently lists compounded injectable tirzepatide at $339 for a monthly supply, with the consultation, medication if approved and shipping included. The reviewed product page describes a monthly cadence, but does not establish the precise recurring debit dates or a universal 28-day billing schedule.³

The material issue is its mixed refund wording: the clinic FAQ lists certain pre-fill cancellation and dispensing-error refunds, then says all completed sales are final with narrower verified-error exceptions. Obtain the selected clinical purchase agreement before assuming an unfilled prescription can be canceled.⁴

Confirm the supply and recurring payment

The product advertises flat pricing with no separate consultation or membership fee and continuing patient-portal support. Ask for the prescribed quantity, concentration, usable supply, amount charged at renewal and exact billing interval. A shipment or supply period does not itself establish the number of annual card charges.³

The FAQ says clinician review ordinarily occurs within one to two business days and that payment processes automatically after approval before the prescription goes to the pharmacy. Confirm when the payment is authorized and what happens if the provider declines to prescribe; a free initial consultation description does not settle every financial exception.⁴

Fitish also has an oral tirzepatide product route and a separate microdose program. Those are different preparations and offers; do not transfer the injectable quote or assume equivalent absorption or outcomes for an oral product.^3,4

Resolve the cancellation-policy conflict

The clinic FAQ first describes prescription-cost refunds for a filling error, wrong medication or cancellation before filling, subject to its cancellation policy. Later in the same section, it says no refund or cancellation after completed purchase, with exceptions only for verified errors such as shipment to the wrong address due to Fitish’s mistake or receiving the wrong product.⁴

The narrower error process asks for contact within ten days of purchase or receipt and photographic evidence, with review case by case. The stated processing estimate is seven to ten business days. Obtain the applicable deadline and current pharmacy status; reporting does not automatically establish approval.⁴

The Lyfe Rx review describes a separate conflict in retained fees: one cancellation page lists $50, while its store refund policy lists a $40 consultation fee plus $70 for a live visit if applicable. Ask which written schedule governs the selected order. Those are Lyfe Rx’s published terms, not a fee calculation for Fitish.^7,8

The FAQ separately says a scheduled telehealth visit canceled at least 24 hours beforehand incurs no cost. That appointment rule is not a universal medication cancellation window. Keep the accepted agreement and the support acknowledgment for each request.⁴

The Teleios Health review shows why the event starting a deadline matters: its policy describes a possible refund less a $50 professional fee after review and prescription, only with written email notice within 24 hours of the completed health review. That differs from canceling a scheduled appointment beforehand; neither rule should be assumed to govern a Fitish medication order.⁶

Know the clinical and pharmacy contacts

The telehealth consent identifies Fitish, LLC as the platform operator and describes care from clinicians using the service. A clinician must determine treatment appropriateness; completing intake does not itself identify the practice responsible for every later decision. Ask for your assigned practice and clinician and the response route for refill review or side effects.⁵

The product describes fulfillment through a state-licensed compounding pharmacy but does not assign the facility in the selected public quote. Obtain the legal dispenser name, location, pharmacist contact and preparation. Generic pharmacy descriptions do not independently establish a particular batch’s quality or current licensing.³

Confirm physical-location eligibility and whether a live consultation is required. The FAQ describes variable pharmacy processing and shipment estimates; ask for the actual approval, preparation and dispatch dates rather than treating a delivery estimate as a guarantee.^4,5
