Yucca Health Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Plans & Refunds (2026)

Yucca Health now publishes a $139 monthly tirzepatide plan, alongside longer prepaid options: $750 billed every six months or $1,428 billed every 12 months. Their $125 and $119 monthly equivalents describe larger payments upfront, not those amounts charged each month.³

Its named compounded tirzepatide plan includes medication if prescribed, doctor visits, an injection kit, shipping and ongoing support. The price-lock promise covers dose increases within the same medication and billing cadence. The main buying decisions are how much to prepay, when a prescription commits an order, and whether you can meet the separate six-month guarantee's logging requirements.^3,6

Compare the actual commitments

The flexible plan is labeled billed monthly with no commitment. The six- and 12-month plans renew for their selected intervals unless paused or canceled. Checkout charges occur before clinical review; a clinician declining to prescribe triggers a full refund, including consultation and medication fees and any deposit. That initial-denial protection differs from changing your mind after treatment has been approved.^4,5

The lock belongs to a specific medication and payment cadence. Changing either starts a new plan at current pricing; returning later does not restore the old lock. Cancellation, an unresolved lapse or claiming the six-month refund ends it. A pause keeps the locked price and stops charges, subject to the next order not having reached the pharmacy. The terms address supply-driven formulation changes separately; confirm the proposed medication with your clinician, not just its price.⁶

Who provides the care?

The Terms identify Brand Merchants Network LLC d/b/a Yucca Health as the administrative platform. Independent clinicians make medical decisions and licensed pharmacies dispense prescriptions. Yucca says you can request another provider or pharmacy, subject to what it can accommodate. The named product and financial pages do not identify your actual preparing pharmacy.⁴

Cancellation depends on the prescription stage

The Refund Policy says to cancel at least seven days before the scheduled renewal, because processing begins early. Even after processing starts, it promises a full refund if no prescription has been issued. It then draws a strict line at prescription issuance: that order becomes final even if it has not shipped. Mid-cycle cancellation generally does not earn a prorated refund; discounted multi-month early exits receive individual review.⁵

There is an important inconsistency. Section 8.4 of the Terms describes finality once medication is compounded and says unshipped multi-month shipments may be canceled and refunded. The Refund Policy instead makes prescription issuance decisive. The Terms give themselves precedence over incorporated policies, but the practical treatment of an unshipped order still needs clarification. Ask Yucca to confirm the applicable cutoff before prepaying.^4,5

Report damaged or missing shipments within 48 hours. Confirmed damage or compromised medication can qualify for replacement or refund; confirmed carrier delivery is not an unconditional lost-package refund promise. Discuss temperature concerns with the actual dispensing pharmacy.⁵

The six-month promise has a separate checklist

The promise applies to eligible compounded GLP-1 injectable plans started on or after September 18, 2026. It defines six months as 24 weeks or six 28-day vials, rather than simply six calendar pages. You must follow the clinician's instructions and have no loss against your logged starting weight; losing some weight does not qualify.⁶

Log starting weight before the first shipment or within seven days of delivery, each dose within 72 hours, and weekly weights for at least 18 of 24 weeks, with no gap over three consecutive weeks. Final weight is due within seven days of the six-month mark. Paused weeks extend the clock. These records cannot be recreated after their entry windows close.⁶

Ordinarily a claim is due within 30 days after that mark. A 12-month customer must notify Yucca before the six-month mark; entering month seven voids that plan's promise. A qualifying annual-plan claim refunds the six months of treatment received and cancels unsent shipments, not an unconditional refund of the whole annual purchase. Follow clinical advice first, even if stopping changes refund eligibility.⁶
