WeightRx Tirzepatide Review: Price & Billing Terms

WeightRx currently advertises compounded tirzepatide from $83/month, but the reviewed public homepage does not establish the term, full upfront bill or prescribed supply behind that lowest rate. Its current treatment link leads to a public plan-finding quiz. You can assess the named clinical offer without treating the headline as a confirmed flexible monthly quote.³

Understand the price before choosing a term

The homepage says medication, licensed provider review, ongoing support and cold-chain shipping are included. It markets a rate lock for the selected term. The Terms list monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month plans, all automatically renewing unless canceled. The current pages reviewed do not bind the $83 headline to a selected term or dose, so ask for the complete amount due and renewal date before authorizing payment.^3,4

Do not transfer the separate semaglutide $250 headline or the site's coming-soon branded-product cards into the compounded tirzepatide quote. Insurance/Medicare support marked coming soon is not an active benefit or a guarantee of coverage; the current FAQ describes cash-pay pricing.³

Platform, clinician and pharmacy are different roles

The August 2026 Terms identify Twist G Marketing, LLC as platform operator, with WeightRx, Inc. performing some brand, marketing or technology functions. They name independent medical providers including MDI Medical Group, PC, not the marketing company, as responsible for clinical decisions. A corporate name alone is not evidence that medical review is missing.⁴

WeightRx describes partner pharmacies and 503A preparation, but these are company disclosures, not independent verification of your actual dispensing facility. Ask which pharmacy supplies the prescribed preparation and which contact handles clinical problems versus order support.⁴

Denial refunds and other cancellations

The refund policy says a patient charged before review who is not approved receives a full refund. However, another clause applies a 5% processing fee to all eligible refunds, and six- and twelve-month plans are broadly labeled nonrefundable. Those statements leave a real scope conflict; obtain confirmation of the clinical-denial exception and fee treatment for the chosen plan before paying.⁵

After completed provider review, the policy says a partial refund may be issued after consultation and processing deductions. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date and does not refund the current period. Already-shipped medication is final sale. The refund policy offers eligible replacement requests for damaged shipments or incorrect medication reported within 48 hours. It describes replacements, not an automatic cash refund. Keep packaging and order details and contact support promptly; ask how any lost, delayed or temperature-affected shipment will be evaluated.⁵

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials.
