ZYP Medical Tirzepatide Review: Packages, Fees & Refunds

ZYP Medical offers compounded tirzepatide through a direct-pay Nebraska practice serving seven states. Its current starter cards quote $450 paid in full for eight weeks or $649 for twelve weeks. The smaller four-week averages are comparisons, not monthly installment payments.^3,4

Compare the package total first

The pricing page includes the prescribed starter medication, provider care, supplies, shipping and direct messaging. It describes free consultations and no required membership or automatic refill subscription. Reorders require another clinical determination and purchase; their price varies with dose and supply length.³

Ongoing examples of roughly $180–$250 per four weeks, and a higher-dose example near $350, are estimates rather than a flat refill bill or a cap on a larger order. Obtain the actual order total and usable supply before comparing providers. Financing has separate conditions; a payment plan is not the same as buying one month at a time.³

Resolve the consultation-price conflict

The main pricing and weight-loss pages advertise free first visits. The shared footer FAQ still lists $75 and $39.99 consultations, and a different medication starting figure. Confirm which offer applies when booking; the site does not consistently present one consultation charge.^3,4

The October 8 Terms identify ZYP Medical, LLC and say the patient-services agreement controls care and billing if it differs from the website Terms. That agreement and any treatment-specific consent deserve a separate read before committing; the public price card alone does not resolve a billing dispute.⁵

Preparation and pharmacy disclosures

ZYP describes injections and oral tirzepatide forms as compounded, not FDA-approved. Its disclaimer names Strive Pharmacy, while the weight-loss page describes 503A dispensing. Those are company disclosures, not independent verification of a particular pharmacy assignment or product. Oral and compounded preparations should not inherit the branded injection's trial results. Cancellation is different from a refund

The pricing footer says medication sales are final, subject to applicable law and the refund policy. Its shared cancellation FAQ instead says only completed consultations are nonrefundable. The weight-loss FAQ describes final medication sales, a maximum $100 refund before a later prepaid vial ships, and case-by-case replacements for transit damage reported within 24 hours. These statements need clarification for the actual order; cancel-anytime language is not an unconditional prepaid-medication refund.^3,4

Check location and follow-up

The Terms list Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Kansas, Colorado and Arizona, requiring patients to be physically in an eligible state at each visit. ZYP identifies Josh Peterson, FNP-C, for clinical care and direct communication. This is attributed identification, not a separate credential check.^5,4
