The broader $99 headline belongs to semaglutide’s quarterly plan, not tirzepatide. Compare the actual full charge and term rather than treating $199 as an unrestricted monthly installment.3

Included services do not settle the final authorization

The page describes physician consultation, monitoring, medication, supplies, expedited shipping, a nutritional meal plan, mindset coaching and concierge support as included.
