T2D.com Tirzepatide Review: Included Care and Unclear Pricing

T2D.com advertises an integrated service for type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes that includes a licensed prescriber, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, home delivery and ongoing support. A current tirzepatide price was not displayed on the public pages and unfilled entry screens reviewed. Request the complete treatment quote and applicable clinical agreement before deciding whether the service fits your needs.^3,7,10

What is included, and what still needs a quote?

The homepage says medication is part of the service rather than a separate purchase. It lists a prescriber evaluation, pharmacy coordination, regular check-ins and temperature-controlled delivery via UPS or FedEx. These are the company's advertised inclusions; they do not identify a prescribed dose, supplied quantity, monthly total or any additional laboratory charges.³

Ask for the amount due today, the supplied period, renewal amount, dose-related price changes and any separate charges. The reviewed public pages do not establish a current tirzepatide amount or geographic service list. Confirm your physical location and the proposed treatment directly with the service.^3,5

The prescribing model conflicts across pages

The homepage says there is no need to find a separate prescriber or coordinate with a primary care doctor. Its process describes a licensed prescriber evaluating the patient and determining the medication and dose.³

However, the Terms of Service effective April 9, 2024 describe digital health information and medication-access services that do not include prescribing. They also say using the services does not create a client-professional relationship. The About page favors an existing primary care doctor or specialist being responsible for prescribing, dosage and schedule.^4,5

These descriptions do not establish which agreement governs the currently advertised included-prescriber program. Before paying, obtain the treating practice's name, consultation format, location eligibility and patient agreement, and clarify who manages follow-up and urgent questions. The conflicting terms should not be treated as proof that the current service is information-only or that no clinical care is available.

The About page identifies T2D.com as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertical Insight Corp. The terms identify T2D Inc., a Delaware corporation, including T2D.com LLC. Those descriptions do not identify the clinician assigned to an individual patient. Ask which entity receives each payment and which practice provides care.^4,5

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The published terms describe a monthly subscription charged on purchase and automatically each month until cancellation. When the original billing day does not occur in a later month, the terms allow another day selected by the company. They authorize applicable taxes and other charges but do not supply the current subscription amount.⁴

Cancellation is available through the account or by emailing support@T2D.com. The terms say the current subscription period is nonrefundable on cancellation, with access continuing through that period and ending without further charges. They do not give an exact advance cancellation cutoff. Confirm when a request must be received to prevent the next charge.⁴

That subscription rule does not resolve every medication transaction. The reviewed pages do not establish when a medication payment is authorized or captured, what happens financially if a clinician declines treatment, or the cutoff for canceling a pharmacy order. Request those terms for the selected program; do not assume cancellation guarantees a refund or stops medication already being prepared.

A missing deadline and conflicting deadlines call for different questions. Believe Health requires thirty days’ notice in its product FAQ but permits disabling auto-refill forty-eight hours before processing in its Terms. Obtain the controlling deadline for the selected agreement; neither rule supplies T2D’s missing medication-order cutoff.^11,12

Entry screens, privacy and pharmacy questions

The public weight-loss entry asks for name, email and phone number. Its Terms link returned a page-not-found message during the October 24 check, while the separate Terms of Service page remained readable. The registration screen asks for an email and links the readable terms and privacy policy. No account was created, form submitted or purchase accepted for this review; these initial screens do not establish what a later quote or agreement contains.^7,8,10

The privacy policy, effective April 8, 2024, describes contact, account, transaction and website-activity collection, including analytics and advertising partners. It separately says sensitive information is not shared with third parties and describes limits on the policy's coverage of other services. Read the clinical practice's own privacy notice as well; these statements are not independent verification of privacy compliance or the handling of a particular medical record.⁶

The homepage mentions pharmacy partners without naming the facility assigned to a prescription. Obtain that pharmacy's identity, formulation, concentration, supplied quantity and storage instructions.
