Rylo Health Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Cost & Refund Rules

Rylo Health’s named tirzepatide page offers $229 a month on its Monthly tab or $479 billed every three months on its Quarterly tab. The quarterly headline rounds the monthly equivalent to $160; it is not a separately payable $160 monthly plan. Both selections advertise the same price at every dose. Before paying, clarify the included-care promise and refund cutoff, because different parts of the site describe them differently.^3,4,5

Monthly payment versus quarterly commitment

The monthly selection says “No contract, cancel any month.” The quarterly selection explicitly bills $479 quarterly. Dividing that payment by three gives approximately $159.67 per month, explaining the rounded $160 display. Compare the actual payment and covered term rather than the daily-cost illustration or the site’s claimed savings against other providers.³

Rylo advertises compounded tirzepatide if prescribed, physician review, syringes and injection supplies, and free two-day shipping in one flat price. It also says there is no membership fee. However, the April 28 Terms describe membership fees as platform access only and say medication, consultations and prescriptions are billed separately when applicable. Ask for the complete selected charge and renewal conditions in writing; the public documents do not consistently establish an all-inclusive contractual total.^3,4

The product describes monthly supply restocking. A three-month billing term does not establish that all three months of medication arrive together. Ask about shipment timing, any required laboratory charges and what is paid before clinical review. The reviewed pricing and Terms do not establish a universal lab allowance or a precise advance cancellation cutoff.

What treatment and care are described?

The named product is a once-weekly compounded injection from a pharmacy described as 503A. Rylo itself says it is not FDA-approved and is not the same product as branded medication. The site’s batch-testing claims, patient photographs and cost comparisons do not independently verify an individual prescription’s quality or establish branded-trial effectiveness for its preparation. The advertised pathway is an online health-history questionnaire, physician review and pharmacy fulfillment if a prescription is appropriate. Rylo says a US-licensed physician reviews answers within 24 hours, without a video call in that described pathway. That is a service claim, not a guaranteed response time or approval for every applicant. Clinical eligibility, the actual preparation and any additional consultation remain decisions for the treating provider.³

The Terms identify Rylo Health LLC as the platform and say it neither directly employs physicians nor provides medical services; independent licensed providers make treatment decisions. The named product and these Terms do not identify the individual assigned prescriber or dispensing facility. Confirm both before treatment rather than carrying a general network name into an assumed assignment. The site’s all-50-state statement is a general availability claim, not confirmation that a particular prescription is available in every state.^3,4

Canceling future billing is not the same as a refund

The expanded cancellation answer allows requests through the patient portal or support, with no cancellation fee, but says the current month’s shipment will be sent before cancellation takes effect. The dedicated refund policy separately says an order not yet compounded or shipped can be canceled for a refund. Ask support to confirm whether the specific order can still be stopped and obtain written confirmation; do not assume canceling the subscription automatically stops fulfillment.^3,5

The product’s upper section promises refunds until prescription, while its footer promises a full refund before the first physician consultation. Those are different clinical milestones. The Terms label themselves “Full terms being finalized” and refer to treatment-stage eligibility. These inconsistencies matter if you change your mind between consultation, prescribing and compounding; request the applicable cutoff before purchasing.^3,4

Ineligibility, dispensed medication and delivery errors

The June 16 refund policy says medical ineligibility at intake makes any applicable membership or service fee fully refundable. That wording does not clearly promise return of every possible charge. Dispensed or shipped compounded medication is generally nonrefundable and cannot be returned under the company’s policy.⁵

For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, contact support within seven days; the policy offers replacement or refund without additional cost. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Requests go through portal support or hello@rylohealth.com. Keep the order details and support confirmation.⁵
