Medication management has its own cost

The current page includes monthly medication, telemedicine consultation, prescription management and ongoing monitoring. A lower semaglutide headline sits nearby; it should not replace the tirzepatide-specific $349 figure. The additional $30 consultation fee is expressly qualified by the existing-patient waiver.¹

Ask whether those are all required recurring charges for your case and what supply is included.
